End story is, F2P arent going to get them, because they are obsessed with them and they will get members just for a skillcape if they could. I do it all the time, just have to get used to it and know how far ahead you shoot It's harder than you think when I use 3 different sniper rifles depending on the situation/map. Adding the Garand would make it brutally hard.

Since you're saving up for a SGS, I would recommend slaying/AZ'ing for strength with a Dragon Scimitar, and specs with a good ol' DDS. Though, you can always sell the SS back - but you might lose a couple hundred k depending when you sell it.
