Exeggutor does have slightly more than average attack, but his Sp.Atk is beast, so physical is somewhat.. crap in comparison. Not to mention Psychic (great move + stab) is special.

PC would be top if it was Gaming systems rather than Gaming consoles. If it wasnt top I think alot of people would flame IGN. Dont remember. Werent we talking about consoles in a PC thread?
