Since the update, I based mine on Bellatrix Lestrange. Only outside items i use are Void Mage Hood, Black RFD Gloves, Mime Boots, and Glarial's Ammy.(And a wand whenever I decide to buy one.)

Yep they fixed that awhile back... bad: you cant bring them off island... good: train all you want down there! You stop getting exp after lvl 3 there.

Body: Red/blue Decorative Legs: Red/blue Decorative Wielded: Drag 2h Boots: Drag Gloves: Drag RFD/ Mith RFD/ Canifis Red Ring: Forging/Ruby/Recoil/Sapphire This look awesome and gives you a use for Red Decorative besides looking like a noob. The version I saw used a Mage Cape but it should stikll look great with cooking.

Halloween is not going to be a letdown at all. F2P'ers get their first hood, and its black, which members that dont have the slayer cape or a void mage hood should also be happy about. Second, the emote is gonna be awesome. And who knows, maybe itll be like christmas 2006, with members getting an extra item (broom?)
