TBH, they actually do look at tip.it forums. A llot of the recent smaller updates were actually posted on tip.it a couple months before. Jagex isn't as narrowminded as you think.

use zammy ttrails robes as too much of one color makes people not like it. something about positive and negative colors...

rcing is runecrafting, abyss is like insta rcing almost ( with good equip) and rc pkers are there to make you mad and want to kill anything that moves in the wilderness :D
