rofl this may sound kinda idiotic but brimhaven is also good at level one and also 20+. I got form 1 to 20 just doing the obstacles in there that i could and boom,level 40.Then i just quested to 55 got 56 at wildy and i was done.

lessen the exp rewards and maybe 25k reward not 100k. Make it so in this realm you are automaticly skulled and you are only allowed melee. Also, hitting 25? thats hitting harder than god spells with less rune requirement. either make it like 15 fires and 13 earths and 5 deaths. Otherwise its gonna rip through most f2p pkers.Divine Lightning is kinda good if it can only hit up to 15 on non-undead. Sounds hard, but probably would be pretty easy to most high lvl f2p-ers.

just to let you know, Taverly Dungeon is the worst place to fight blues. You should call this Taverly dungeon blue dragons not blue dragon slaying. Either add the ogre enclave or change the title. Also, you dont need an antifire pot. If you are maging, wear it. if you are ranging, equip it before you grab loot. You dont have very many safespots, including the most popular. Do more research before you write another bad guide. 3/10
