  1. Here is a map of the dungeon: http://www.tip.it/runescape/index.php?page=temple_of_ikov.htm
  2. You must not be running or mining through the rocks quick enough... Perhaps you don't have a high enough defence/combat to protect yourself from some of the monsters.
  3. Point taken, and thus I shall amend my statement to the fact that Lurers hasten the downfall dramatically. Runescape would end at somepoint, lurers or not. All you are saying is that anything that starts will end, and thats correct. The day Runescape came out, it has just been on a long ride down a mountain, and someday, it will come to a complete stop. I'll tell you what will bring on the downfall of the game quickly, Jagex not listening to the community. Anyways, I don't believe luring effects the game too much. I mean, it doesn't take items out of the game. A few players here and there may quit, but big deal! Hundreds of people will take their place. Sure it isn't morally right, but Jagex doesn't care, and neither should we. Like I have said, people will do bad things for their own gain, in real life, and in this game, outlawing luring will not stop bad people. What will stop luring is people getting aware of the problem, and learning about how to stop it from happening to them. The only way lurers will stop luring, will be for people to stop letting themselves get lured.
  4. Why don't you just read the rules to see if it is against them?
  5. No there isn't, that is a feature on more recent non-tradable holiday drops.
  6. Whoah! Downfall of the whole game? Now that's a little extreme... The fact is they don't have power over everyone. They may have an advantage in the wilderness, but as I have said in the past, it is the fault of the user going into the wilderness. Now I'm not saying that Jagex can't do anything else about this problem... Actually I would be happy if they could do more. I would suggest that they include in their area about safety of accounts, the fact that people, within the rules can lure you into the wilderness, and include steps you could take to prevent this from happening.
  7. Was it a slip-up on this thread? You can tell us this at least... Anyways, if you don't have official word, you don't officially know who the Editor is.
  8. Your right, it is expected that a population can rule themselves for what is right from wrong. You need to face it though, no population is perfect. No population is entirely made up of people who want to do things for the good of others, instead of doing everything for themselves. It can't happen. Even if Jagex does spell out that "luring isn't acceptable", do you think that the people who already practice it will stop? No they won't. And when large amounts of people break the rules at the same time (there are large amounts of lurers) Jagex does what they always do and steps down. Jagex knows if they implement a rule that will stop luring, there will be riots, spam on the official forums, large amounts of people quitting, etc. Jagex has been making a lot of mistakes lately. They are trying to do what is impossible, make the game/community perfect. Their mistakes are costing them valuable paying members.
  9. Yep, then Slay Dart would be the way to go. I can see you are already working on it from the looks of your goal sigs.
  10. Mr. Devnull, did the Editor tell you, or did someone else? Or are you a little sneaky liar?
  11. Your levels are fine. What spell do you think you would be doing? I would recommend that you get your Slayer to level 55 so you can use Slayer Dart. It is a much more profitable way, if you are looking to do barrows for the money. If you are doing it for enjoyment, use any spell you would like.
  12. Well a cheap/quicker one would be Hunter, people have leveled to 99 in two weeks. Another one would be Cooking, which is relatively easy skill to get to 99. Really, you should pick a skill you enjoy to level, that skill is the skill you should level to 99.
  13. Try asking in this topic. They probably would be able to help you find what you are looking for.
  14. It is dropped by the weird monsters of the Tower of Life. Here is a link with more info: http://tip.it/runescape/index.php?rs2item_id=6730
  15. There is no special world where they go. If you want to win a lot of games quickly, go with an organized team.
  16. Some bans are temporary. They may have commited a non-serious offense. I'm sure though if there is a repeated offender, and in the repeated offenses has done something serious, Tip.It has the ability to ban that person's IP adress from using the forums. Also, there was a forum mass unbanning not too long ago.
  17. It has to do with your post count. If you want more information on it, click here.
  18. First off, you need to complete the Rogue Trader Mini Quest. Then you will be able to play the Rogue Trader Minigame for the robes.
  19. yeah with no doubt the hunter cape is cool its just depressing with all its dark colors. btw tell me how long it takes you for 99 hunter im really interested to know. Check this out: 1-99 Hunter in Two Weeks!
  20. The Tip.It Items database has pictures and descriptions of the items you are looking for. I narrowed it down a bit for you. Here is the link: http://www.tip.it/runescape/index.php?rs2item=&orderby=0&keywords=&Players=1&category=9&subcategory=51&cmd=8&action=Manage_Items&search=1&submit=Simple+Search
  21. Well from what I can see in this weeks article, the Editor did some mentioning of how updating the coding to a feed would help out some of the scripting companies, etc. Well on the official RS forums, Cruiser and Ks Jeppe were really into that thread. (They are both coding programmers, programming things related to Runescape). That makes those two a bit suspicious.
  22. You use the herb of you choice with swamp tar. Next time check the Tip.It Herblore Guide.
  23. You need to fix your link. It turns up as a 404 error for me.
  24. The thing is though, that it is not a form of deception. You have a warning screen pop-up in your face saying that you are nearing the wilderness, and then usually, the person that is luring you is a few combat levels higher/lower than you. This means that you will have to make it a few levels deeper into the wilderness than just Level One. Oh I forgot, there are signs with sculls on them that say "DANGER" when you approach Level One wilderness just incase you missed the pop-up. With all of these warning signs that Jagex provides for us, people who fall for getting lured into the wilderness either deserve what they had coming, or need to be taught a lesson on thinking logically.
  25. Have you ever tried PKing? Some people I know who have gotten burnt out of the skills, have stayed playing the game for just that aspect. They find it challenging to take on other play against others where there are so many different things that can happen.
