I don't think you should choose becoming 60 defence just because you don't want to stay level 3 and be labeled as a "macroer". I respect level 3's that are able to keep their combat there, and make money through their non-combat/merchanting skills. Don't worry about being labeled/reported as a macroer. Jagex has a good macro detection software, if that's what your worrying about.

Your exit portal is the same portal you enter through... When you start construction you already have it. Or are you talking about portals you can teleport through?

Well what about Adam's idea to make them viewable privately? Would it be possible for admins to create a private pictures board where we can sign up in the usergroup menu or straight from off topic? The group would be considered private since it's not a default public room. Why not add it as an extra subforum to off topic that you have to either join in the usergroups menu like NL used to be, have a button in off topic to click on, or make it so you have to pm an admin to get board access? I think this would satisfy both sides of the argument.

He is talking about a necklace, not a amulet. There isn't anything to enchant a Onyx necklace into. (99% sure) I believe you can only enchant sapphire and emerald necklaces.

If you own a Rune Scimitar, go with that. I would say a Rune Scimitar is a better bet.

I don't think this would be a very good thing to add, even if it is possible to put in. If you really want to know when someone in specific will be on, just ask them. Then people can click on that link in your signature. If you want people to contact you there, just add that to your signature.

Yeah, it would be a lot better to go with that, instead of adding more clan boards for recruitment. Like killered005 said also, no board really specifies anything for services. Perhaps that could be included also?

Except for making them huge amounts of money from advertisers. :-w If Jagex pulled the plug on affiliates, I would estimage 1/4 of the active Runescape population would be gone. Maybe it would be better for a while... But then guess what happens. Membership rates go up, ads for members, decrease in updates, etc. They just can't do it.

That number is misleading as RuneScape "is worth $250,000". I'm not surprised as RuneScape is growing very rapidly every day. The gameplay, and ease of use attract thousands to the game daily. World of Warcraft I doubt will be beaten though. You can't match the gameplay, graphics, and overall experience in that that game, even if you don't cost as much.

You could do some failed curses at any location where there are some good things to hit, and won't attack you.

You need 60 defence. They cost around 275k-300k.

If you do it intelligently, high alching can get you to break even.

Should it really be that much money? I doubt it would be that hard for them to move a character to a different sever.
