Most important combat skill?
It really depends on what you use your combat for. I would say defence, because I'm getting into mage+defence staking. As for you doing Slayer assignments, you're doing the right thing, leveling Attack.

RC training, without FFL
You guys, he is talking about the World 99, Fast Free Laws. There you don't provide the ess. It would be more money with the world 99 Fast Free Laws, that's what I have heard.

F2p needs training help
I would suggest the Stronghold of Security. Here you can stay here for as long as you need, with the wide variety of levels. There are level 5-86 monsters here. I would suggest you try a few different monsters to find one that suits your training style. Here is a map of the different locations of some of the monsters. http://tip.it/runescape/?page=stronghold_of_security_map.htm

My first fake attemp
That's really good for a first fake. The only thing I am noticing right now are the ripples around the guy drowning. They are drawn in correct? Well if you go to a river in Runescape, and look around the ducks, you can see that the ripples look different than that.

I can't even tell what it is... I suggest you read some of the guides you can find in here. And remember: Practice, Practice, Practice!

SOTW Sugestion
We already have a SotW here. I do think it would be nice to have a subforum dedicated to competitions, but it isn't really needed. The way I look at it, there may be some advantages, but it wouldn't be worth it. In the end though, this isn't a graphics forum. There really isn't a need for a whole subforum just for contests. It isn't against the rules to create a few more competitions in the Gallery.

SOTW Sugestion
SOTW=Signature of the Week. GFX= Is an Internet slang term for "Graphics"

Should JAGEX Intervene?
Bud, you need to get your facts straight. First off, high alchemy doesn't cause any inflation, it keeps the market in check. No item is blown out of proportion. Last time I checked coals isn't 12k a piece, and a partyhat isn't 2.1B. Items like coal would go up maybe because at any current time it is in higher demand, and items like partyhats go up because new ones will never be introduced into the game.

Fally or varrock
Neither, you really should get the cash for the glory ammies. They are 55k a peice. You could law run or something, it isn't worth it to do a teleport to Falador or Varrock. If you had to choose one, I would probably go with Varrock, because it will set you up with a quick bank, and then you could take a shortcut.

What's the *deal* with Cannonballs
As you said, many moneymaking guides include making cannonballs to sell for money. Well figure it out, many people read those guides, so guess what they are going to do. That's right, make cannonballs! Guess what that means. It means that there aren't a lot of buyers for cannonballs, but there are many sellers. In conclusion, you shouldn't do it. More sellers than buyers is a bad thing. It creates very competitive prices.

fletching
I would go with fletching willows. You should cut your willows to 60 Woodcutting as you planned, and then fletch those.

Is luring an acceptable practice?
I assume you are saying this is scamming on the grounds of deception... Well as I have said before: Oh, I forgot: There are good people in this world, and there are bad people. My point is that Jagex should not try to make the game perfect by outlawing anything that could potentially take something away from them. Jagex is becoming to protective of the younger crowds, they are taking away the nice feeling from the game, and turning it into an overprotective game. I thought that Runescape was supposed to teach lessons? Well, they can't do that when they take out all of the untruthful parts of the game.

Is luring an acceptable practice?
Would you care to elaborate? How do you think it is scamming in accordance with RS Rules. Please prove to me how you see this. I'm not saying I'm for people that lure, I'm just saying it isn't/shouldn't be against any rules. Yes, morally it is wrong, but by whose standards. Moral standards is a broad term because many people look at it differently. Yes it is a dishonest way to take something, but people still do it. Heck, the government even does it.
