Muhammad Caricature
Because even if you can do something it doesn't mean you should? I can go around being a total [wagon] to everyone without apologizing or ever breaking a law but that doesn't make it right. And while it isn't right for a guy to go after him with an axe, it also shouldn't go unanswered. I maintain that he shouldn't apologize. Personally i think doing such a thing is stupid, since you'll know the reactions to come. But, 1; It seems like you can't have a single joke over Islam without everyone in the world going bananas, but it seems to be ok to do so against Christianity. 2: The whole thing is blown over proportion. Everyone takes it too seriously.

Muhammad Caricature
Maybe a apology is going to far. But do you think he should have done it? Not apologizing but printing the caricature. I dont know, i don't really care to be honest. It was his choice. If it was supposed to be funny or something then it failed. If it was supposed to be a political statement, then it also failed.

He should not apologize. I remember the Danish state-minister said something the lines of "we have freedom of speech and press in this country". Was what happend to be expected? I guess. But i don't see why he should apologize.

GOP
I guess if you think along those lines, then yes, the audience is pretty reflective towards the public. But still, the situation is funny. I only watched a short bit of Question Time but that's one of the things i noticed, since they do the exact same thing in my country against a political party (poll percentage since summer has been around 4.5 - 5.5% (you need 4% to get into government). Altho on one program, where they had some political leaders and the subject was this political party... They weren't even invited to the program. Now that was atleast quite clear bias. (Altho i should say that the tv station was fined guilty of being bias just the other day regarding this by some institute). And to get back a bit on topic: I don't really know how to express myself here, but i've got the feeling that people have been thinking that the change will come instantly. I mean, the Republican party has been in charge for most of US' history and in the last eight years, to change things around you need a bit of time on your hands. But it seems like people want things to happen instantly. I guess i shouldn't reply since i don't know much about American politics, but if i could have i guess, i would say that by 2012, the blues will be in power again.

Same-Sex Marriage
Uh, why? Uh, why not? Why shouldn't they be able to marry even if they love each other? The "ew that's gross" factor doesn't apply here; it really doesn't matter if people find it gross. There's also levels and degrees with which this needs to be discussed. For example, an adult/child relationship, even when the child is of age, could in fact be the result of abuse and forced coercion without the son/daughter even being aware of it. I am skeptical of it being legal in this type of relationship, specifically because the odds are on the side of it being forced coercion and not the result of true consent, and is therefore a form of rape. The "ew that's gross" factor does apply. I've got a hard time taking something like this seriously. The respective person is probably not in any of such cases 100% bright in the head, i mean you can't really be mentally stable if you're doing stuff with another family member. And then we can go into the reproduction; The genes goes down the drain. I really don't got any good arguments because i find this just plain f'ed up. It's not "normal" and should never be.

Same-Sex Marriage
No. I believe marriage should be between a man and a woman. I'm not religious nor do i got a ton of arguments on why it's "right", that's just my belief.

how hard is it to build a PC? or just buy a brand desktop?
It's the other way around. I find most prebuilt desktop's to be more expensive than if you build it yourself.

A Racist Country?
I was thinking i might ask this aswell. In my country, Sweden. When you question immigration you're labeld: racist, nazi or xenophobic. Might i ask, why is it, that when my country allready has 500k unemployed people, all the major political parties are pro mass-immigration? Importing 100k per year to my country is bananas! Germany, in 2006 took in 200k, and they are 86m! We are 9m and imported 100k! What the hell is the sanity in this politic? One thing is if they are well educated and etc, but the majority aren't. So, might i ask, what is the sanity of bringing this many people into my country? No wonder ordinary people use foul language against immigrants, what the hell do politicians expect? Politicians and media all live in their happy hippie loving suburbs, far far away from the problems. I hope they aren't surprised when people start living in gated communities.

Merseyside derby tomorrow! I hope we can kick some Benitez butt. On sunday Chelsea - Gunners, basically make or break for Arsenal. Otherwise whether you read crappy Sun or a proper paper, you're haunted by Terry's escapades heh.

If you're 18 you can officially screw his rules.- Hardrock/Heavy metal
Hm, i guess it's what i suspected on heavy metal, not many new bands. I suppose power metal is the closest, but i'm not a big fan of it. I listen to death, thrash, black etc etc also, but in those genres a new band seems to pop up every 5th second.- War
So you mean like, with another country, rather than a group within a country? Just for the sake of discussion, what if say, the US invaded Canada without cause? Would you enlist? (unlikely, but just as an example) I'm Swedish. But if i were a citizen of USA and Canada had done nothing to provoke us, but us attacking just to gain some more space, then no. But i admit, if say my country were to attack Finland (which we would loose since my government has decided there's no threat and shrunk the military budget to throwing apples as weapons) it would be difficult. Because i don't consider them to be foreigners. But then again, it depends on what they'd done to provoke an attack. If we turn it around and we were attacked, yes, i wouldn't think two seconds about enlisting. I mean for example, if a fighter plane were shot down by country x and our country decides to attack them, then yes, i would join.- War

Bathory - Twilight Of The Gods- Sexting: Your Views?
Sending pictures of yourself/others in the nude via a mobile phone. It's usually either for the lolz, or they just want to expose themselves. Or, they want the title of "porn star". Personally, I think this is pointless. Instead of doing so, why can't they just have sex or something? Or, as Guardknox said, stare at each other in a private room? (Though, if you do the latter, you'll most likely do the former anyway. ) I see. I feel like i'm 50 when i need to ask about this heh. But i don't really see the point, even tho it's 2010, the picture quality on mobiles still suck. And if people wanna show their stuff to eachother, why not get together irl. - My Dad is an [wagon]
