  1. Not quite, you can use two graphics cards at the same time and still not use Crossfire or SLI, I do this so I can support three monitors. Crossfire or SLI combine the processing power of multiple graphics cards, using only the ports of only one of the cards. This means you can have two cards processing the images on one monitor, with nearly twice the processing speed. You don't think i know this?
  2. 1 level to go, only took 8 years lol. [spoiler=98 attack]
  3. John Anderson - Seminole Wind
  4. Iron Maiden - Sign of the Cross Remember it 'cause Nicko mentioned once that he thought it was the most difficult to play of all their songs.
  5. Ah, my recommendation. Yes. The Corsair VX550 is easily enough for that, you could use an i9+GTX260 without fuss with that psu. The graphics card does not suck up 450w. AMD states 450w for graphics card+whole build so it works with crap psu's aswell. Crossfire (SLI - Nvidia) is when you use dual gpu's.
  6. It's pretty low on the 12V Yep, very true. I would prefer seeing a single 30amp rail.
  7. If this is the one: http://jeantech.com/500.htm It should work. I can't guarantee anything, never heard of the brand nor have i read a review about a product from that company. <- This is why i'm hesitent. Since i don't know how well made the product is. It probably will work, but i can't guarantee how healthy it will be for your psu.
  8. Lol, differs 3 quid and the performance difference is really big. Even if you don't like ATI (for whatever reason), choosing the 9800gt isn't the smart choice. The GTS 250 which is equal to 4850 is about 100£, so it's a step up in price.

More presents to come, only celebrated christmas with family (one of the sisters+mom&dad), aunt&cousin and a friend of moms. Fear and loathing in Las Vegas (dvd) Some aftershave Candy Socks (really needed!) A book (don't know how to translate the title) A mobile (Nokia 5310)... Which i didn't wish for. Apperently (one part of the rime was "... so you can be hip") i need to be hip... My mobile is from 04, but it works for me. Gonna return it for money. It didn't really feel much like christmas tho... Maybe it's me who's getting older.
  10. Look around for the receipt or open up the case and check what it says on your psu. I can't guarantee anything if i don't know what your psu is.
  11. ATI 4850 - 90£: http://www.ebuyer.com/product/164593 Much better than the (8800) 9800gt. Assuming you have pci-e. But before you order... Give us the specs of your psu. Just because it says 500w doesn't mean it delivers that amount. Brand+model name would be great.
  12. Freestylers - Signs (Featuring Tenor Fly And Spanner Banner)
  13. This. I had some, figured I might never get to taste it again. God it was awful >.< What? I eat caviar (salty/smokey version) to breakfast or "evening food" about twice a week. Caviar+"knäckebröd"=Delicious. (Altho this is not really proper caviar, it's tube)

I do, what about people who can't buy your balls, even though they might have a mysterious condition where they need them to live? What then? That's person x' problem and not mine. And in such a case, it doesn't matter if you can sell or not, since the person wouldn't be able to get a hold of it anyway. Is this viewpoint of yours for ethical reasons or political (I.E. left wing/communism)?
  15. OldJoe replied to 1230abcz's topic in Off-Topic
Sure why not? If i want to sell my balls for some cash, i don't see the problem.
  16. From outside the house. About minus 16c. No pictures of me!
  17. Liverpool are playing crap. Altho it makes it more exciting to the premiership and the 4th place. It's kinda funny to see people saying "sack Benitez!", i think it would cost around 14m or so to do that now. I just hope it isn't Man City that will take the 4th place, personally i hope Villa will grab it. That is, if Liverpool continues it current path.
  18. You can't base your decision on a couple of reviews. Most people tend to comment on something when it's a negative. DX11, then i guess your stuck with 5750 for your budget.
  19. What don't you like about them? Either one of the two i posted is faster than the 9800gt and the 5750 you posted. And they are about 100$. I don't really understand what you mean by "i don't like them"... It's not like they are a painting which anyone can see... They are inside your case. Edit: Apperently the 4850 is out of stock too. Just take the GTS 250 i posted.
  20. This: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814131163 or this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814162034 Much better performance than the old (8800) 9800gt. Edit: I saw you asked about mobo+cpu, yes they are compatible. Post a message instead of edit your post when asking about something, people usually miss edits (if they aren't the first or last post).
  21. [spoiler=97 attack and 120 combat lvl.]
  22. Thank you very much. That was exactly what I was looking for. I don't need a case, and I can downgrade the RAM to DDR2, so I think i can get pretty close to $600. I might actually get this online, so thanks for the links! EDIT: I was looking through the website and they have pretty good deals on here + free shipping :) No you can't change to DDR2. The motherboard is DDR3 only, so you'll need to change it aswell if you want DDR2. And you wouldn't save that many dollars on changing to DDR2, plus DDR3 has the future which you can't say about DDR2. I'm glad i know that now instead of later  Yeah i guess it would be a good idea to stay with DDR3 anyways EDIT: I just looked through the specs and it says that the case is ATX but the motherboard is Micro ATX Does this make a difference? Your case or the one i posted? The one i posted is compatible with m-atx and atx. Most cases that are atx compatibe are also m-atx compatible. If you have any papers about your case (product info) it should say there. Or if you got a brand+case name availible you could search the net and see what it says.

  24. Here's what you can expect. Comes in at exactly 600$. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103706 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811147073 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139004 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822136161 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16827118030 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813138167 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130468 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820134785 (x2) But i doubt it will have the same price at your local store. Maybe you need to add.. I don't know, 100?
  25. Easy to profit on building. My local place charges i don't remember exactly... But about 40€. I can do it myself in maybe 20min or so. So the hour pay is good. But just to start up a company that only puts together computer hardware is a no-go. You gotta have a store (and online if possible), good on customer service (really important; I stopped going to one of the local shops in my town since the personal didn't know anything), keeping up to date with hardware (and some software) releases/news, being able to also work on software issues etc etc. But if you know a thing or two about computers, ask your local shops if they got any spare work hours... Holidays, weekends and so on.
