You said they came from the Eastern Lands. It says nothing in the story about them leaving to the Eastern Lands.

Barrows Brothers don't look very Eastern. I'd expect Katanas and shurikens, not crossbows and great axes. EDIT: Also there is a story on them on official site. They are from Middle Gielnor or w/e its called.

I support. Looks like a nice spellbook. Dump Load has to be my favourite name. A Karamja teleport would be good, but would need a high level magic I think as otherwise lobsters would be far too easy to fish in F2P. Perhaps a law rune, earth rune, water rune and 3 airs?

The thing that would shock the most people, cause the most controversy and make a massive portion of the population happy (and a larger majority annoyed) would be...[hide=]F2P Quest![/hide]

But Woodcutting and Fishing, whilst enjoyable. A lot of people find boring, doign the same action again and again. There are 3 types of skill, resource gatherers, resource users and Slayer (Couldn't think of another off the top of my head). Slayer was successful because you could train loads of skills whilst being introduced to new monsters, new drops and advancing a cool new skill. A Slayer-esque skill would be good, but maybe skilling related.
