Most over-rated band ever?
Meh, it's fun to debate when you know that you're right, so I'm just letting him make a fool of himself even more.

Most over-rated band ever?
First of all, it's not called "Liberal" to just have a general RESPECT for another person's beliefs. I'm not even a "Liberal". If you really read into the lyrics of that song, which you OBVIOUSLY have NOT, you would find that what they are trying to convey is that the world as we know it and how we are acting and treating each other (ironically enough, just like you are treating me) is basically a living hell. They are claiming that the way people treat each other is not the way that christians should be treating each other and that there is no place in heaven for people like that. Thus, Walk With Me In Hell.

The same argument could be made for ANY other genre. I think what you fail to realize is that there are many different people on this earth and each one has his or her individual taste in everything in life. To say another person's taste is "horrible" or to say that "the world would be a better place without a person like Range" is a very intolerant way to live your life. If you want to have views on life that make you be a misanthrope to anyone who doesn't agree with your tastes, well, I feel very sorry for you.

Actually...you're very wrong about their lyrics. Lamb of God does not have a satanic or even anti-christian standpoint. They remain 100% neutral even though many unintelligent half-wits such as yourself like to qualify them as satanic.

Fighting at School
There were at least 10 fights a year back in high school. I was only in one and it was because one of my good friends, who happened to be relatively small, was getting shoved around, and me, being a good 6'4" and 215 lbs, I decided to help him out and beat up 3 guys. I got an out-of-school suspension but the principal thanked me for sticking up for my friend. It was a really cool moment when that happened.

Yes I do compare System of a Down to Nickelback because they both are mainstream rock artists. Get the picture? Both of those bands are catalysts for people like you to *think* they know about music because "zomg soad has lyrics that hve stoof abot politiks". That's why the blow. They are to rock music what McDonald's is to great burger restaurants.

Rage Against the Machine U.S. Show
As of now Rage has now scheduled 1 (ONE) U.S. show after Lolapalooza. That show is not even announced on Ticketmaster or Rage's site, but was announced today on 93x KXXR FM in Minneapolis, MN. Rage will be playing September 3rd at Target Center one day before the Republican Nation Convention. Tickets go on sale this Saturday August 9. I know a few of you on this board might be interested in it, and I know I will be there camping out this Saturday to get tickets and causing hell at the show. This will be my second time seeing Rage in the last year :) The day before the Convention...can you say...riots? We can only hope :D Because we all know what happened the last time Rage played at a National Convention.

Leeds/Reading Festival 2008
Enjoy Rage whoever may be going. If you're considering going to see them ABSOLUTELY DO IT. You'll only regret not going. I went to see them last summer at Alpine Valley and it was one of the best moments of my life. They were amazing live.

Don't do that. Spend the money to get it done correctly. DIY tattoos fade in like a year anyways. Horrible idea.

Freshmen, how has your school been so far?
Going to be a freshman at St. Cloud State University. This year is going to rock my world. I get to watch D1 hockey and all the Minnesota-bred girls are so much better looking than the Wisconsin ones I've been used to. Bliss comes in 20 days.

Haha troll much? I bet that if I asked you in person you couldn't name a song from Lamb of God other than Laid to Rest because it's from Guitar Hero. Randy Blythe, the vocalist, has a very unique pitched screaming voice (probably from all the cigs he smokes) and incorporates a lot of his political ideas into his vocals, making the vocals an all around great performance. Both guitarists, Mark Morton and Wille Adler (younger brother of the drummer Chris Adler), share lead and rythym parts making them an excellent tandem of riff brutality. Many great solos and counter rythyms under the solos are due to those two's writing genius. The bassist, John Campbell, is probably the most overlooked and underrated member of Lamb of God. He plays most of the same riffs that the guitarists do, which is a pretty daunting task when you are in Lamb of God. Campbell also only uses a 3-string bass. And finally, the most impressive member of the band, in my opinion, Chris Adler. To give you an idea of why he is so good would be to tell you that Chris is a LEFT HANDED DRUMMER playing on a RIGHT HANDED SET putting him up with some of the great open-handed-lead drummers like Billy Cobham. Chris Adler applies 100% symmetry when he plays his kit, and since he is a left handed drummer on a right handed set his rythyms and sticking patterns are very, very unique. With all that said, Lamb of God may be one of the top bands in metal right now. Lamb of God has stood the test of time being a band for almost 20 years. They not only create great studio albums, but play amazing live shows as well. The one thing that really impresses me the most is that Lamb of God, throughout the years, has never strayed from their original style. They have not sold out to mainstream rock and they never will. Lamb of God is riding the absolute edge of mainstream success and underground metal. You might never hear Lamb of God played on the radio, but that is due to the fact that it might make all of the Nickelback, Hinder, and System of a Down fan's brains turn into mush. If you're going to troll me, next time at least try to know what you're getting into. Tool.

Tattoos
Well it did hurt yes, but nothing that wasn't tolerable. I had a few words written on my side and the outlining of them hurt pretty bad but when he started shading them it didn't hurt at all, just felt like I was being scratched with a vibrating fingernail. But it definitely was NOT the worst pain in my life. It felt like there was a vibrating needle stretching my skin open with a slight burning sensation too. That's all there is to it really. My advice is just get one that's on an area with a lot of muscle underneath like your forearm, pecs, shoulderblades, or leg.

Tattoos
It's impossible to describe the feeling of getting a tattoo, but the lesser amount of muscle you have between your skin and bone the more the tattoo will hurt. Example: Pectoral tattoo, forearm tattoo, or bicep tattoo is relatively painless and ribs, spine, or top of foot is A LOT more painful. I had mine on my side and part of it went to my ribs and it was pretty painful but pretty tolerable too. Just don't psych yourself out and go for it, you won't regret it :)

I really agree with the cliche tattoos being stupid. Example is the lower back tattoo or the barbwire around the bicep. I really don't like those. If it means something to you and you're expressing your individuality then tattoos are a great idea.

Tattoos
Well I just got my first tattoo yesterday afternoon and I really love it. I am not regretting my decision to get one at all and it's in a spot that is easily covered by a shirt. But what I really don't understand is why there is so much animosity towards tattoos. I told some friends in the Tif clan chat and they said stuff like "tattoos are epic phail" and other slams against tattoos. What are your opinions on tattoos and why? Please try to be civil and keep the personal insults to a minimum.

Worst thing you got caught doing at school!
Elementary School: Probably the time I got caught shoving this kid's face into mud, that was fun. Middle School: Bringing a Sharpie into school and drawing a landscape on the bathroom stall that covered the whole wall haha. High School: I settled down in high school and didn't get into too much trouble, except when we saran wrapped the principal's car during one of the football games. He thought it was funny as all hell, but the janitor that caught us didn't. We knew our principal would like it and that's how we got the balls to do it.
