I tried for about 6 months to get into anime but I just couldn't. I really would like it explained why it's so popular. I mean, stuff on tv or in books just doesn't get published unless it's popular. What makes it so attractive?

ELP is awesome. They have some really goofy stuff like Works and Brain Salad Surgery, but most of their stuff is great. And the fact that Carl Palmer is one of the better drummers to come out of the 70s.

Just close your door at night. I used to leave mine open and my dog (60 lbs.) would come up and sleep with me on my bed. I wasn't too mad, but she just hogged the bed big time. Just close your door and BAM problem solved.

When he played with Les Claypool in Colonel Claypool's Bucket of Bernie Brains was just awesome. Claypool and Buckethead in the same band is just pure talent bliss.

Pink Floyd is an acquired taste. You either like long drawn out intros or you don't. It's what most people find particularly bad about Pink Floyd. But I'll agree with you on AC DC.

I'm going for 126 combat old school. I've always wanted that since I was an itty-bitty noob back in Lumbridge. Eventually I'll get Summoning, just not yet :)

Like Bluelancer said and I have said on other Insomnia threads, you just have to figure out what your body needs for sleep. If it's good on minimal amounts of sleep, then you're a short sleeper. If you feel tired and mentally fatigued after only 5 hours of sleep, then you're probably a long sleeper. There's nothing wrong with 10 hours of sleep per night.

My ISP decided to be cool and reset right as I'm going to get 90 Slayer. No level screen or message, but I got it. Only 400k away from 99 hp as well :)

I remember when the books first came out I thought they were totally cool and I couldn't get enough of them, but after reading the final one as old as I am now, they really lost their touch with me. I hope it isn't J.K. Rowling losing her writing ability and rather me just growing out of it. But nonetheless the movie looks alright.

There's no such thing as not remembering your dreams. Everyone dreams and it is a proven fact. The only thing you have to do is tell yourself, "I will remember my dreams tonight" as you're laying in bed before you go to sleep, but that's neither here nor there. How close/loud are these alarms to you?

He was definitely not an "innovator" of the drums as you say though. Go watch Buddy Rich or Gene Krupa and you'll see where Moon and every other drummer of the 60s and 70s got their style from.

I definitely don't mean this personally, but Keith Moon might be one of the most overrated drummers of all time. He was good, but he was not an innovator. Moon carried around his double bass set, but rarely played the second bass drum. I don't really want to start a drummer war here, but Bonham could do more on a single kick than Moon could do with two. I've been listening to classic rock for my entire life and I come from a line of drummers that stretches back to the 30s. I'd put Keith Moon behind Bonham, Peart, Paice, and Baker. 5th best in his genre.

What kind of cans are those stacked on the shelf? Please tell me they're beer cans 8-)

Well it's true...

I never complained about the cell phone part, I just didn't think the movie was as good as people are making it out to be. Everyone's messin' their pants and I'm thinking it's just another average 7/10 superhero movie.
