Today...
My parents kicked me out after I graduated high school. After 2 days of being homeless, I tried to kill myself. They didn't visit me until 2 weeks later. We never really got along and I'm not too surprised that they don't want me back, but I'm trying to work with them and am asking them to let me stay at home until I get a job/money for an apartment or something I know it sucks, but have you considered working at McDonald's? They hire pretty much anyone I think. It'll show your parents you're trying, it'll help you face people (I suppose that's still a problem of yours, yeah?), and, well, it'll get you money. Try not to eat too much of their food though. Stick to the water.

Actually, some people will insist on naming the kind of weed they're having/offering (like "Hey yeah, I only have M39, it's not that great" or "Dude I got White Widow we're going to be [bleep]ed"), regardless of the fact that they're light enough to get high on anything.

"I want a girlfriend/boyfriend", and other such relationship advice
Is this girl you're speaking of Emma Watson or the one you had a problem with in the first place?

No, not right now. It's just not the case. The philosophy that is driving the biggest menswear forums and blogs right now is anti-consumerist:

Those are ugly, and horribly expensive. Clothes are not a commodity, especially not shoes. Maybe they won't seem so expensive after a few years of wearing them. What don't you like about them? The sole's thick, but I don't want to be walking around snow with desert boots again. It'll wear down, too. Also, I wouldn't say no to a quilted varsity jacket, but I probably wouldn't say yes to an ASOS one.

I prefer the navy and "umber" colorways, but I guess you could pull orange off. http://cdni.llbean.com/is/image/wim/262950_3_42?wid=292&hei=346 I think I'm going to get these.

For that price, it's worth trying anyway. And if it's really good everyone ITT can get one.

It's nice (though a bit bright for my taste, but other photographs make them seem darker) and very affordable, considering Tanner's Goods belts alone are more expensive. I got my linen-cotton V-neck sweater from J.Crew. It's really warm... I don't understand why there's such a thing as summer sweaters. But hey, Fall's coming.

Norwegian Ambassador claims that terrorism against Israel is morally acceptable
You're right, and I apologize for becoming frustrated, but that text is not much more convincing. a) The historical background says nothing about today's Norway: France has driven out protestants in the past, but that doesn't mean that is the relationship they have towards protestants nowadays, does it? You could read antisemitic propaganda in any country in the 1930s, including France (notably against Leon Blum, and mostly from far-right groups). Does that mean the whole of France, to this day, is antisemitic? Racism was widespread. There's no reason to single out Norway. And moreover, racism also exists in the mentality of some Israelis and Jews. I can agree that the decision to ban it in the late 19th century were partly racially motivated, but it was also called for by humane society activists. Does that mean the decision not to remove the ban is racially motivated? Highways were built in Germany to facilitate the Nazi's war ambitions, with a bonus effect of making transportation easier for citizens. Does that mean they're still used to make getting around easier for tanks? I've been in Germany and I saw none. All of this is to say that decisions called for by racist groups are not necessarily bad ones, even if they are racially motivated. While antisemitism is not a good reason to ban ritual slaughter, it isn't the only one. I would like more detail on this issue, as the article's comparison between hunting and ritual slaughter is a little too quick to be believable. I might continue later on, but I'm not sure it's worth the effort, as I don't want to be answered with an image macro.

Appeal to ridicule. And not even a good one at that; you make it sound like everyone knows Norway is an antisemitic country. Your posts are poorly thought out and argued; you are trying to convince us with the most vague of statements. There's a "greedy Jew" trend in the newspaper and you expect us to believe that based on a quote? And did you find nothing better to say to that picture of a Palestinian child facing a soldier than to call the poster names?

Norwegian Ambassador claims that terrorism against Israel is morally acceptable
From the link above. If that link is not enough, I can provide more if you'd want me to. I do. Can you find the sentence in which the Ambassador said it was a necessity for israel to engage with Hamas, so we can try to understand what he means? It's very easy to put words in someone's mouth when you only quote a one.

Norwegian Ambassador claims that terrorism against Israel is morally acceptable
What?! Oh. This is ridiculous. He didn't even say why he wanted it destroyed. There's also a difference between antisemitism and thinking Palestinians are oppressed. Is there an unbiased, unaltered transcript of what the ambassador said anywhere? As for the "training", while it is a little eerie, we're still talking aid boats here.
