nature ammy i say was a waste of 50k for me never even used it if you have things to alch,alch them near the patch where u last planted one train other skills while they grow

mazes are best once i got like 420 death,400 chaos and in f2p i got like 920 chaos didnt know f2p gave good maze rewards -
find a guide in player made guides monster,moneymaking or something

when you finish parts of rfd you get better gloves from normal-barrows barrows is better than dragon gloves by +3 in all stats except prayer and magic barrows and dragon gloves are the same 130k price though while rune is slighty weaker than dragon gloves and they are like 5-10k region
