I heard a guy called "Wise Choob" was behind the robbery. They say he's a level 3 who is the Master of the WOM, and acts like a NPC. They also say he hangs around his house on World 16 on weekends wearing Wizard (t) robes with fighting boots and a normal staff. I've set out a journey to find this so called...
