Higher than legend? God, maybe? Probably not, but who knows. I think that it is going to be some crappy F2P quest that is, dare I say it, even easier than Cook's Assistant! Oh yeah, I'm bringing those expectations down.

No-one trying to decipher Chaos Elemental message this time?
firsttsurugi replied to Suiku's topic in General Discussion
Umm, just thought I would point out, the Corrupt and Natural (both apparently capitalized, which is done for the first letter of a name) could be a reference to Zamorak and Guthix. Zamorak is an evil, corrupt god, while Guthix is a god of nature. Plus, there are Zamorakian followers trying to defy the Guthixian Eddicts, which would put Zamorak and Guthix at odds. -
SAME HERE!! Only First Tsurugi (Cloud's Advent Children sword) didn't fit in the 12 character limit and I never tried Sephiroth.

I've never fought a metal dragon before, but I keep hearing that they are weak to stab, even though it would make sense for them to be weak to crush. My best advice is to take a leaf-bladed sword to the metal dragons and see if you're successful.

Bandos and Armadyl in Future Updates
firsttsurugi replied to Dire_Wolf's topic in General Discussion
Okay, you asked for it. Guthix stopped the God Wars by forcing the Gods to agree not to interfere directly in Gielinor. They were banned from leaving their own realm(s). The GWD was frozen due to an avalanche, if memory serves. -
Bandos and Armadyl in Future Updates

Less Known Gods: Armadyl Bandos Zaros (the guy that cursed the Barrows Brothers was a follower of Zaros) Marimbo Desert Pantheon (Tumeken, Elidnis, Icthlarin, etc.) Seren (I believe that the Crystal equipment can be considered Seren's God equipment, since she is supposedly the very crystal that the elves use) -
Bandos and Armadyl in Future Updates
firsttsurugi replied to Dire_Wolf's topic in General Discussion
No, they had it all right. I remember in one of my past science classes about elements that, before our current element table was even started, people had thought that there were 4 elements: air, earth, fire, and water. Of course, runescapes magic elements work as well. -
Bandos and Armadyl in Future Updates
firsttsurugi replied to Dire_Wolf's topic in General Discussion
Just because i have a view of it does not make it true, i just tried to back it up with some evidence. It was poor unfortunately. Also what he said about Zamorak and Saradomin is obvious... Saradomin's Strike: Lightning that hits you....Lightning is a element isn't it? Flames of Zamorak: Fire that turns into Flames....Fire is a element. But all that is obvious. But there is Earth (Bandos), Fire(Zamorak), Wind(Armadyl), Lightning (Saradomin) so i see a elemental pattern.. You seem to be referencing the original 4 elements. If that's the case, then I have to disprove you here. The original elements were earth, wind, fire, and water. Therefore, Saradomin's spell would have had to have included water for that particular arguement to hold ground. Sorry, cause I like that idea, but that particular evidence is faulty. However, it goes without saying that Armadyl and Bandos related updates will appear in the future, which is the main point of this thread. Questioning such a thing just showed that you really didn't think about how obvious it was that they would be updated. -
Not that funny, but it seemed worth putting in here.

the falador shield 1 or 2 would look better for that but otherwise ok, she normally wears skirts more than trousers though  I know - I was considering but then I realized that it was on a different account, and it has less then 203 gp on it :/ (Level 8 ftw?) I decided to do it on my main account - much better! Her boobs are not nearly that small! Lol, jk, that's pretty good. I so wanted to do a super saiyan one, but I was beaten to it. Took me a little bit to realize the Vegeta one, also, but the cape kinda messes it up.

Yes. No freebies because you're giving your 5/6 bucks to a different company! It is easily possible to play on the PS3, as so many others have stated. The real question is how the could do it for the other consoles (yes, that's how it's spelled, not "councils", that's a group of people that give people advise, or that is at least a rough definition of council).

Dragon corrupted equipment in F2P....overpowered?
firsttsurugi replied to Bananamatic's topic in General Discussion
Okay, I stopped reading when my eyes quickly looked at the bottom part and saw that you started typing the lyrics to the theme of Fresh Prince of Bel Air. Rewrite this neatly and take out the lyrics. -
There aren't any new future updates to promise us. They already promised the 2 future updates last month, since they are pushing Mobilising Armies back. I'm guessing they are also pushing back the pheonix, since they are having one big and one/two small updates a month, depending on the number of weeks in a month. This month seems pretty interesting. Still have yet to finish anything other than easy on the Karamja and Varrock diaries, though I finished the Lumbridge one. Hopefully, I'll be able to at least do the first part of each diary.

Dragonkin symbols found in Big Castle ruins
firsttsurugi replied to blackroses51's topic in General Discussion
I saw all those except the death of Duradel. When was that predicted? -
^You don't read the BTS, do you? I think that Mahjarrat is probably Zemouragel, he has the same head, and, as far as we've seen, all the mahjarrat seem to have different heads.

The queen's name was Efaritay or somethign similar to that. An Iycene is what Zilyana is. -
Dragonkin: After the Rise of Lucien
firsttsurugi replied to Psycho_Robot's topic in General Discussion
I read through all the books I could find and nothing mentioned anything prior to the Queen inhabiting the castle. So we don't really know who built it. Although this queen was supposedly a good ruler and Morytania was actually inhabitable during her rule (some centuries, theoretically, after the dragonkin abandoned it), and it was only when Lord Drakan took her castle and imprisoned her that Morytania decayed into the festering swamp it is today. Because of that fact I find it unlikely that the queen would have built a castle that looked so... evil. I know, and I agree that it was likely originally inhabited by the dragonkin, I just doubt she was the first ruler of Hallowvale, and that she or her husband was the descendent of the one who found the castle and took residence in it. -
Dragonkin: After the Rise of Lucien
firsttsurugi replied to Psycho_Robot's topic in General Discussion
Wow, very nice. This seems like it could very well be possible. Also, not related to the dragonkin, and purely a guess, but is the anything that states that the Queen herself found the castle, instead of an ancestor or something like that? I didn't read the book shots, since I had recently read it when I did the Morytania quests in the past month, but I don't remember it stating that both the founding of the castle and its conquer by Drakan both happened in her rule, though I know that the Drakan's did conquer it during her rule. -
Uhh that's a Runescape character? I thought it was: ... It's me, a runescape player, cosplaying.
-
So, cosplaying is stupid, huh? I guess us Runescape players are stupid.

Guthix is the god of balance and, as such, represents balance. Zaros was not killed, per se, but was weakened and accidently dropkicked into a different realm by the combined forces of Zamorak and his own damn clumsiness.
-
Will, you have to remember that Balance keeps the world from collapsing. Without Balance we would all starve, nature would die out and either an Ice Age will occur or the world will be reduced to a blistering desert... Giant Wars would occur (What keeps a second Godwars from starting eh?) and much more bad things. I understand that you side with good, because humans are naturally good, and it's real hard for humans to embrace neutrality and balance. I try (in game) and I don't even always succeed. Saradomin + Zamorak - Guthix 0 I dont know if there is a -0 or +0 .. its just 0 .. chaos = imbalance ... btw ... and there isnt an opposite to the 0 (guthix is between zammy and sara in everything .. even colours) You musn't see Balance as a 'thing', like Order and Chaos, or Good and Evil. Balance is simply the state in which the world currently resides, caused by the actions of Saradomin- and Zamorakfollowers (etc.). Like you said, Balance is zero, and therefore nothing. It is positive minus negative. But at the same time it is everything, because it consists of every single particle of the multiverse. Guthix (and I) believe that Balance is the best for the whole world(s), because it is the only state in which things can exist without destroying themselves. For example, without dark there is no light, and therefore the concept 'light' does not exist. While you are right that balance keeps the world from collapsing and is what is best for the world, it does not require its own god. All it requires are 2 gods of about equal power that oppose each other. They would cancel out, thus making balance without Guthix's intervention. Thus, Guthix can perish without much disaster on the balance front. Of course, now that I think about it, there is also the fact that he is a god of nature, but, as shown by Zamorak's rise to power, it is likely that elements of a god can be passed down, at least the relevent ones. Plus, there could be another god of nature in there, we just haven't been blessed with the knowledge of an old guy with reed pipes being followed by half-man/half-goats.

I have a feeling that, by the end of the storylines, Zamorak and Saradomin, at the very least, will be killed by us and will be imediately replaced by Zaros and Armadyl, their stronger counterparts. Guthix may well be killed, too, since, in actuality, he is the most useless of the gods, since he is a god of balance, and all you need for balance is for each god to have an opposer. In fact, it is not balanced to have a god of balance but not a god of inbalance at the same time, so Guthix is disrupting the balance!

It's currently the strongest armor in f2p, so people are going to buy it. Even if it is overpriced, some people consider the extra insurance of survival in a pvp world to be worth it. Also, you could either let it degrade with nothing, so that you won't lose anything once it disintegrates and you die, or you can bring an extra set of rune to keep you hanging in there long enough to continue owning in pvp until either you are taken down or you get more corrupt dragon. You can accomplish a good amount of kills in 30 minutes which, if you are lucky, could lead to profitable material rewards, especially if you use a method that could prolong how long it lasts, such as walking in rune (or bronze, if you want to encourage people to fight you), then switch into corrupt dragon and own their [wagon]. Of course, I'm not a pker, so maybe I shouldn't be trying to explain how useful it could be.

Tipiters, you fight too much, it's a problem. Quest sounds good, though I won't be able to do it for a long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long time, due to the fact that my states are quite sucky and I haven't done many of the important quests, though I was surprised to find out that, if I took the time to, I could do the entire Mortanyia series. I'm probably never going to use the minigame, but it sounds good.
