  1. Progress of society is so loaded and so subjective to the society you live in. Certainly in germany in 1940 there were many within society that thought that the holocaust was bad but didnt speak up because they would have been seen as a detriment to their society. At the end of the day social opinions dont make someone good or bad, its whether you impede on someone elses rights. Not to sound corny but I will quote what I think are "inalienable" rights that you probably have heard a million times (now a million and one) throughout your life. Life [obviously murders are bad in any culture] liberty [lots of examples of majorities tyrannizing people. Classic one is women in the middle east, I would call their oppressers evil.] property [anyone who steals or harms your property, whether its your stuffed animal or your physical body is bad] ability to pursue happiness [bullies, this ties into liberty a lot of the time too. Arguably women in the middle east suffer from this, or minorities who are blocked because of discrimination] A list of the worst people in history are the ones who broke these principles to the greatest degree. I meant those that harm others intenetionally, while bringing no greater benefit
  2. Anyone who is a detriment to the progress of society
  3. Glad I'm not the only one thinking that :P Also came across my mind. Don't get emotionally invested in someone that's just in it for the fooling around. Believe me, that's not fun. @Kaphiteman: height makes no difference really. Though I've had many a girl tell me they were into taller guys, this is likely just a flirtatious counter to my preference of shorter women. So no, height doesn't matter.

got off my 9am - 4am shift. Tired like no other. It's shower timeeeee But first...A little, TIF <3:
  5. You will date many guys in your life. Many of them will hurt you. Ideally, one won't. Only way to find that one is to go through a lot of pain. But it makes the one that's right for you, just a little more special, y'dig? Don't be afraid to date someone unless they are legitimately a bad person. Shoot from the hip and take some risks. It's all part of life. Whether he likes your sister or not is kind of irrelevant. She has a boyfriend. At least that's how I read your post? And if he dates you and tries anything with your sister, that makes him an all kinds of douchebag, to which you will then never talk to again and move on with your life. But for now, try to enjoy him and not worry about the probably nothing of a "problem"

Waking up in 7 hours to start a 22 hour shift at work. Good thing I wanted to fix myself up this week, right? Sheesh.
  7. We definitely need a postal service. Perhaps, not every day...but atleast once a week. Stuff needs to get shipped. How else would I get my exotic foreign sex toys yugioh cards from Wisconsin?

I'm going to completely revamp my life style: drink more milk wake up at 8:30am [not 2pm] fall asleep no later than 1am practice my parkour add vinegar and citrus to my diet get a hair cut and maybe even settle for a single girl?
  9. Forgetting who it was, but someone in this thread many moons ago made a very elaborate post on why you should never enter a relationship with a girl that is considered a close friend. Kind of like the "don't date co-workers" rule. You can do it...just realize the consequences when it doesn't work out. After a breakup like that Rob, I doubt you'll be able to even try to be friends with her properly. Atleast not until you get over her AND find a new girl to hang around. My advice Rob? Find some new friends. Nothing like a good group switch to clear the slate.

19 years. First cavity :( Not even my own fault, apparently there was a flaw in the way my tooth developed, that it just doesn't have enamel on the gum edge. It just looks like a really small red dot on the gumline. Doesn't even hurt. I better not get a big ass filling, or I'll be mighty pissed. Last thing I want is a silver dot to replace an unnoticeable red dot.

drunk as hell last night. Tried to hook up with 4 girls I would not have even attempted for being sober. Luckily, they're all friends, so they're cool with it. Oops. Also spent the night at my friend's. My parent's were none to happy about my 60 odd hour disappearing act. Whatevs. Carnival week lives on!
  12. It was locked because it turned into a specific diary of people's sexual experiences. That's how I recall it anyway. I miss Trapical's "Ten Topics, Ten Days" - Those were just absolute masterpieces. I remember there was a discussion three years ago about reviving them because the move from phpBB2->phpBB3 destroyed them. Also, anyone else remember the Drawball that we had back here? We managed to keep the Tip.it logo on there for so long. Unfortunately it died. I remember drawball. It's what introduced me to 4chan. Shame I never went to OT much until 09. I'd have to say my favorite OT thread ever was the Tip.it Hegemony. It feels weird that that was almost 2 years ago. hegemony is that old already? Boy was that a cluster-[bleep]. Fastortoise fathered a monster with that one. My bad... Draw ball and islands were pretty cool too. I completely forgot about Ball Over The Fence though! That was a great thread. Props to Dizzle

Work then carnival. Maybe drinking later?
  14. PaperclipsYAAAAAR haha, that dude made OT awesome in summer '07. Same goes for bubsa. OT has had some good times over the years
  15. ...what is this? Came with a warning label. You're probably right overall. We'll see if that changes anything.
  16. i use email for buisness and school related things. Not much else.
  17. alright, you're not getting this. I don't teach people to use girls, I teach them to have esteem and self worth through friendships and relationships. What I do, and what I insruct other's to do are fairly different. Why don't I follow my own advice? Because I'm a flawed human. Sue me.
  18. she's a cutie

worst day at work ever. I don't even know where to begin. Best occurance was me dumping a bowl of fruit juice down a whole above the pocket in my pants, soaking nothing but my skin. [bleep]ing fantastic.
  20. @Omar Most of the people I help happen to be adolescent males. I do help some girls though. I beleive you misunderstood me where you thought that I claimed I was helping the girls I hook up with? Because generally, I'm not. Lately, however they seem to be standing up for themselves and growing more mature. This is an improvement. Is it my doing? Maybe. Maybe not. I'm not claiming it, but you can't say I wasn't a factor.
  21. When I help people, I help them improve themselves and become the confident being they need to be. What I do, some people view as using girls. Fine, fair enough. But I do not encourage said behavior out of those whom I help. And when I go into "jerk" mode, it's not sincere. I'm a serious guy who's never serious. Of course I treat women with respect and and whatnot. I just happened to not commit to any of them, while dating many others. People come to me asking for help. I give them the means to help themselves. Which is excruciatingly hard to do online, but when's the last time I really heavily advised one individual on here to do anything specific? I know where my boundaries are. In the realm of reality, I can be much more articulate, and give more time and effort to those I'm helping. It's almost an entirely different process. I understand where you're coming from, just don't be too harsh of a judge, when you don't truly know who I am. @Sam: I dig the attitude, brush off your shoulders and move on. Take your time.

A cop just fell off his motorcycle infront of 1000+ highschool students. Bricks were shat I couldn't tell at all what was happening for the rest of the video lol
  23. http://www.daily-ins...s-06082011.html This thread needs an atmosphere change, like yesterday. can someone please come in here saying that they met the most beautiful girl so that we can instruct him on how to be a proper gentlemen, and treat her right and then have her fall for him so that they may live happily ever after? The right way. None of this modern-sensitive ass-hat thing. Would it kill the world to give me a success story right now? I want the loser to win. Just once. pretty please?
