You can attack it, and or bring military units near it, however doing so will result in all Zhoreuc colonist nations declaring war and destroying you to the point where you won't even exist. Mars and Zhoreuc have also picked up on this habit. @Ross How much would an industrial sized ARC cannon cost? I have a feeling Zhoruec is gonna need some more protection than just some orbitting ships.

Kamino condensed history: Kamino started out as the nation Luxembourg. In 2009, Luxembourg decided to get a little expansive, and took over Vatican City. Many were displeased by this, angering many nations, mostly Italy. Months went by over the dispute, but in the end Luxembourg had conquered and controlled Vatican City. Less than half a decade later, Italy was stricken by disaster. Vatican City ordeered that all Catholics donate money to the cause of gelping out Italy. As time progressed, Luxembourg stretched it's reach to Africa with the annexation of Zimbabwe. With the Catholic power behind the, The Luxembourgers swept through Africa picking up Mozambique. Many treaties were signed along the way, including pacts such as COIN and Euro Union. More time passed and Congo was added to the Luxembourg collection. Skipping a few years, after Belgium had been annexed, France was next on the list, with tricky negotiations. Just before France signed themselves over, Germany declared war on the world, with the power of Russia to back the Eastern front. A hasty escape was made, and years of tech was lost. France was left in rubble, and millions died. Luxembourg has since gone through a civil war, abolishing religion entirely. The new look of the nation needed a new name to match the new personallity. Kamino was then born. Kaminoans are still human, but they are now cloned and sterilized. They are exceptional human beings, designed for specific tasks. Mars and Zhoreuc have since been colonized thanks to the cutting edge development of the space explorer, TerrAvenger. Of course there was other stuff, but that's the gist.

wtf? When was that agreed upon? Sere wants you on IRC now. FTL travel should just be a standard. It's not like it's a real advantage to any one player. It's beneficial to all. Maybe a down payment, but research isn't really necesary is it? And the down payment would definiatly not be 1 tril. That's like...a long time of saving for some of us.

Sorry that I threw a monkey wrench into your treaty. Maybe we could have plots based on the land area of our empires on Earth. Whatever works though. Giving land rations in proportion to Earthly lands is exactly what I don't want. I'm going for equal distribution. No person should recieve more resource income from this planet than any other person. Trying to give land in ratio to owned land would only lead to conflict over area disputes and the like. Oh, and Hex: I applaud your originality, but for your own benefit I suggest you not have a bacterial race. It just isn't worth fighting for. hmmm. YOu seem to have already put a flaw in the treaty. How are we going to handle joint rulerships? Giving you a double plot would be too much, but not doing so would kind of screw Dungeonal up... how bout Dungeonal gets the land plot next to you, but you don't have access to it? But then, you would have land that you couldn't do anything in... maybe you should just get a double plot, considering you are a joint kingdom. Dungeonal should make more decisions though, he's practically not playing anymore.

Just because the whole world is researching it doesn't mean it will be done faster. In fact, that might actually make it slower due to all the organizational break downs between communication and transfer of information. The world's been searching for a cure for cancer for how long? That my point, Rocco. You're ships are all the way in the Hakkiris system. The tech you just bought is on Earth. How did you equip your ships with something that is millions upon milllions of miles away? and yes Trol, your clones can reproduce, since you never specified that. I sterilize mine, but that's just for my purposes. In fact, my foreign planet clones taht are being produced can reproduce, as I stated in an earlier post (that was lost cause I'm an idiot). Sterilization was an option, not a requirement. Not too sure how far you're going to get with 100 people of the same gene pool though.

previous research regarding space ships (single man) has been handed to Serephurus. instead research is going toward gamma rays, x-rays, and nuetrons to fully understand them. To do so, I'm gonna try to make a container that can withstand preposterous amounts of energy (it's possible, look at the dyson shard). Won't be done for a while, but I don't mind.

If Errant Venture has indeed had enough time, it has dropped it's beacon off on Mars and loaded up on LAARTs. It will return to Earth in the same time it took to get there, I assume.

I was most opposed to it because it was chemically induced. Telekinesis doesn't make sense in itself, but to be chemically induced? That's jsut absurd. You can't create imaginary forces with chemicals. We'd have to evolve a few million years along with every other organsism to develope "the force" to get anywhere near what telekinesis is. I was okay with gravity guns because, yes they're illogical, but they make more sense than telekinesis. Plus it would be badass as hell to shoot a tank a few hundred feet i nteh air with a REALLY big one. Humans have strengths and weaknesses like any other race. If you don't like it - change races. Humans should remain as human as possible though.
