Okay. Options are slim, and I've decided that defending to the death is not the brightest idea in the world. All unharmed and clean (from virus eruption) European homed civilians are being escorted into Brazilian territory. This will happen by moving everyone through France and farther west into transport ships. Artillery will cover the escape, and the civilian migration will be covered with 400 LAARTs. All military forces remaining will be stationed in south Luxembourg running north to hold a defensive line. If possible, some civilians will be ordered to report to South Italy. The Italian bound LAARTs have been ordered to escort these civilans to be picked up and moved into Mozambique. In short theres about 750 LAARTs left in service, all of which are escorting civilians out of the now deemed "danger zone". Luxembourg surrenders 50% ownership of both Zimbabwe and Mozambique to Brazil. It's the least I could do for offering to accept my refugees.

Understandable. But I'd rather run my civilization into the dirt before I surrender to Germany. I would have to Russia. Never to Germany. Unless Brazil acts in my favor, they will be written out of my will (if anything survives anyway). I built up my army to colonize and defend. I mostly wanted to play for scientific research, but being the puny chunk of land I was, I needed something. Almost like a Napoloan syndrome. They're run on uranium, whether or not that makes loads of noise or not is beyond me, but I assure you I wouldn't design them to be found so easily. I'm not concerned with the fate of my incoming LAARTs. They're now invisble to radar, so you'll have to spot them by eye. Might not be easy. Wow, okay. Germany's been pretty busy in my absense. Yet I saw this coming from a mile away. I had defenses set up on my borders if you hadn't noticed, however the explosions throughout Belgium were unexpected. My latest military sensus (prior to war declaration) looked something like this: [hide=]750,000 Soldiers, Indian decent, Mozambique 500,000 Soldiers stationed through out Zimbabwe, Luxembourg 30,000 Spec Ops troops stationed in Vatican City area 250,000 Soldiers stationed in Luxembourg/ Belgium Total civilians: ~28,000,000 LAART count: 1225 Artillery count: 125 36 Cargo ships 12 Cargo planes[/hide] Okay, let's start back at square one for a second. 1) Belgium suddenly explodes where German snuck bombs during reconstruction. This was unforseen, and casualties were rather heavy. I lost a large sum of scientists, most research on the Bulgaria virus and a hangar of LAARTs. This unleashes the virus onto Western Germany, and North Luxembourg (as the explosion caused the virus to go airborne and out of control). Estimated 100 LAARTs lost before seeing action, minimal soldier losses. 2) The bombing of Luxembourg, Luxembourg. First of all, I had a border patrol set up comprizing of Soldiers, artillery and LAARTs. I'd asy only about 60% of the bombers even made it to Luxembourg, Luxembourg. Heavy casualties were taken in the border patrol, losing a good 10,000 soldiers and 30 LAARTs. Civilian casualties are rather high (Luxembourg isn't that big to begin with) and overall this attack has already lead to the deaths of about 50,000 soldiers total. About 60,000 civilians. Now for a response: All available soldiers have been sent to the South East front of Luxembourg to hold the line infintry style. Anti aircraft weilding units have been fortified, and surrounded with LAART cover support. Maximum amount of Afircan based troops are being rushed to North West Italy by any means. All available LAARTs have been sent to be patrolling south Luxembourg. West Germany is being bombarded with artillery at maximum range, focussing on the old trenchs dug a few years back from the first spouts of war. Civilians have been told to migrate temporarily to the nearest Brazilian territory. Some have been sneaking into Norway for safety.

I'm not too sure how in danger you are from the current war. Germany is certainly making a move on Russia, but that's thousands of miles away from your island. But, I suppoes it's better to be prepared than it is to be attacked. I'll send a dozen or so of my scientists to the CERN meeting, wherever it may be held. I'd also like to bring cloning to the table. Initial defenses have been made, a checkpoint line has been maed along the border of Luxembourg, and the East border of Belgium. Soldiers have been told to be ready at a moment's notice. 125 LAARTs are on their way up from Africa to help fortify the mainland. Soldiers in the Vatican have been placed on standby. In other news, clone testing is going rather well. There has been a 5% success rate in cloning unfertilized eggs of whales. If we can figure out why the 95% doesn't work, we can multiply the normal litter of any species by tremendous amounts. LAARTs are currently not for sale, however when a significant surplus has been receated (or if they become obsolete to a newer Luxembourg project) they will promptly go on sale. They are rather pricey to produce (only capable of making ~80 per year) so they will be expensive. LAARTs will however now be equipped with newly fitted armor that is slightly more resistant to bullets, and has now corners making it invisible to radar. I lol'd at your post count. Anyway, how exactly do these chips of yours work again? Is there a signal transmitted from somewhere that gives them data, or is it strictly a way of improving reflexes and communicating inter-infintry units? My thoughts exactly. lawl. I'm not even sure who had the UK anymore. They only posted a few times, and I don't wanna search 70 pages for it. Whales posts every once in a blue moon. I say you just treat it like a player uninhabited country, without taking control for a week or so (rl time). If the guy who owned it doesn't respond by then, it really doesn't matter. That's how I'm taking France (t-minus 34 hours 8-) ) You just have to account for enemy resistance and such. However, since the UK was last left in the hands of the EC, you shouldn't encounter too much resiliance. I wouldn't be surprised if the IRA hung around for a couple years even after it's annexation though. Trying to keep realism intact. I'm sure the French will resist in some manner by next year (to my annexation). If the owner of the UK doe scome back for whatever reason, it's only fair to give him partial owndership of his country back. Sometimes that happens. I think it happened to Holland.

Go ahead and either post or PM what's going down. 5) I'd like to remind(or notify, whichever) Serephus that the time ratio in this game are 24 hours = 1 year. So posting a meeting in a week is like posting a meeting in 5 minutes. Not many are likely to get the memo. Okay, so...Luxembourg has warned their citizens to stay inside during the hurricane watch (that will most likely do 0 damage to Luxembourg, but regardless). Luxembourg has also recieved the cloned speciman, and is studying it carefully. Cloning is now being tested on small animals. Initial results have been good, with worthy sacrifice. Other scientists are still studying the contained virus. As it turns out, it can live idely for about 36 hours and can rapidly reproduce. Fire seems to be the easiest way to fend it off. A military census is to take place in two years, just to figure out what the numbers are these days. 75 more LAARTs produced, 25 more Artillery.

Updated my map a little more. I think it'd be easier to break it up by continent, so we could actually see countries like Isreal. I'll have to start working on that.

They spent 4 days in solitary confinement, and have been washed down inch by inch. Poor soldier's skin is raw. The virus infected life form (for the sake of argument it was a sheep)has been contained in a glass cage, completely sealed and quarentined in North Belgium. It has been placed in an underground safe house for study. a team of scientists uninterested in cloning have been dedicated to studying this strange virus, hopefully to find either an alternative use for it, or a cure.

Luxembourg has both. And if you count territories, not just king states, by now, France is actually smaller than my nation. Besides it won't be official for atleast another 60+ hours, which calculates to like 3ish years. That seems like a likely amount of time to annex a nation that hasn't said a word in almost a decade. 25 more artilary units and 20 more LAART's produced. Clone testing continues. 3 LAART's have been sent into the heart of Bulgaria, all troops aboard are in full Hazmat suits and will not be contaminated. Flamethrowers have been installed for this specific mission. Mission overview: Locate virus infected area. Evacuate maximum amount of civilians. Capture one virus infected life form. Return to the outskirts of Belgium for a super anti-virus wash down. This may include incineration.

The more or less mobile silos (aprx. the size of a moderately large tank) are now 50 in number and are increasing rapidly. Unfortunatly, it's sapping resources, so LAART production will be slowed slightly. 50 LAART's have been produced. Also, 12 more cargo boats have been produced in Afirca. Mozambique based troops are now setting up barricades on the border between itself and South Africa. Describe the virus. We already had one zombie infested country, and that country was completely destroyed. Wait what country was that...? Mexico was overrun by Zombies. America then blew itself up to save the Northern countries. Unrelated, Luxembourg asks permission to buy someone's spare sattelite. It may come in handy.

We have been talking alot recently and it turns out my friend completely blew it and obviously doesn't know what he's doing. Going out with him has made her realise how much she is still in love with me :thumbsup: . Now I feel like we will last because the last 6 months of us being best friends has made us completely comfortable around each other about anything, I feel like this might be true love. Not quite. Despite the map, the majority of Africa has already been colonized. Pretty much all of the edges are gone, including Madagascar. There may be a few central countries left over, thought I'm unsure. I know for a fact that Congo, Zimbabwe, Tanzania, Mozambique, South Africa, Guinea, Kenya, Angola, Zambia, Somolia and Egypt are taken. Probably more on top of that. 90 more LAART's have been produced. Spec Ops troops are brushing up on their tactical planning skills. African based troops are migrating to the Mozambique/South African border as tensions increase. Research money is now going into human cloning. (Believe it or not, that was not inspired by my use of Star Wars vehicles). Some scientists are skeptical of it's succsess. The Pope has yet to be notified of this project. The Belgium rebuilding is also nearing completion thanks to the help of Germany.
