  4. I go to the ensuite at the other end of the house and talk to the mirror, hoping that perhaps something can hear me and maybe I'll get a response... Though, chances are if that happened I'd scare myself half to death, would be cool though, y'know a window to another world, that would make a good hiding place too. The only problem is the WBM of the house finding me and trying to drag me out and/or snitching on me.

Thanks for reading. It's good to know that people can relate to what I'm saying. This problem has really be burning me up lately. I might try what you said, mister moocky. Not going to be easy though, I'll do my best.

"Add me please" I dread seeing these three words float out into the open air above another player's head. I guess it's because I find it awkward to reject people. I'm not the kind of person that finds it easy to reject a person, nor do I like seeming like a rude person. I've tried to justify it, when after less than 3 minutes of question and answer about stats and player moderators they ask to be friends I say "I barely even know you." awkwardness surely ensues. They feel it's an invite to ask my age - something that my paranoid mindset on internet security would rather me steering clear of. The whole situation makes me feel a bit like Fraiser, or Basil Fawlty, although less funny. Other times I flat out lie and say my friends list is full (it has only ever been once. Then I managed to knock it back down to 60 after deleting inactive accounts and their pures), this too, makes me feel uneasy. The ways I try to avoid it continue in this manner (I fear I'll sink to a new low as to run for my life). The problem is, I'm a pushover, I don't want to upset a person and I don't want to seem cruel, even though I do find an odd pleasure in coming up with horrible, sarcastic quips. So until I can shake this "fear" I'm stuck with feeling bad with refusing to add people to my friends list or accepting unsavoury players that feel a good conversation is just question + answer and "can I ask you a question?" and my personal favourite, "How old are you?". What can I do?

  17. What a fool! Seriously, who wields a sword like THAT? That has to be very awkward for leading into an attack, twisting your torso is just asking to be hurt too. And did I mention he's wide open to an attack!? Why I could walk in there and take a shot at his chest with MY play godsword! WE ARE NOT PLAYING BASEBALL HERE PEOPLE! This is just like cosplay, not as full on as normal cosplay mind you, so I think it's fine.
  18. I'm all for RSC being brought back to the general public. I'd love to see the origins of the game and why it was so popular, I consider seeing it some sort of video gaming pilgrimage, particularly a RuneScape one. There needs to be a better system than giving everyone straight 99s and every item though. Suggestion time! Maybe a regular runescape account could be "copied" into RSC for a one time use. Say I log into runescape with 50 attack and 50 strength. I then decide to go to runescape classic. If I log in with that account I have 50 attack and strength. Now, I can't level up here but I can get new items but it doesn't have any effect on my regular runescape account. But if something changes on regular runescape, new stats or items, that updates. Also, any items or skills that didn't exist back then wouldn't appear. There's probably a million other ways it could be done. Anyway, I'd mainly go there to fight players and (if they make members areas free for some warped reason) boss monsters. I'm probably very typical of a RS2 player looking back at RSC as an opportunity to PK.
