Rapier as first chaotic, always, though CLS will make it easier to get in contact with the female players.

Make a gatherer's and an artisan's potion (you can pot to mining prom or, and pot to making 2hs), make alchs from start, and pick up everything; armour, weapons, charms, logs (make into longbows and alch) etc. etc. It's pretty easy to collect 500-600k if you collect everything. Edit: sad

Not sure about the frost dragons, but I'd say like 250 dragons? Use void at waterfiends (high magic, and pretty high defence), unless youre on a task obviously.

Why the Veracs? Shouldn't you be wearing Bandos? well verac is still faily high def but id offers about 10 more prayer bonus not to mention 50 mil+ less risk. Not really, it'd just replace verac's, which already protects over everything else together with divine and rapier.
