Yep, very true. But, personally, it's easier to make cash from 50 smithing, or even 70 smithing. Then, you are in da money. But, if you can manage to trade a mem friend coal and mineral ores for bars (and have them use the blast furnace), you can actually tag team a LOTTA cash. Since the blast furnace cuts coal amounts needed in half, it's quite economical to team up like so. I do this with a friend, btw.

Omg, send a message to JaGeX to monitor that player's IP address...or MAC address, if they can. If they find the slightest inkling of that person hacking, they need to send down the hammer, and cut that person off. Permanently. Those kind of people are just losers, and need to be cast out using a catapult and beaten with a reaaaaally long stick. Also, many people who beg, also scam, hack, bot, etc. Just because they are a lvl 15 doesn't mean they aren't rich. Don't give the noobs money if they beg for it. Although, if you can get them to get you stuff, they deserve cash. Nonetheless, keep an eye out.

Google may remove the advertisement, but the sites will still exist. It isn't legal to shut down sites that are selling items on RS. You need info that they are doing something illegal to get them shut down, but that is quite hard to find. Maybe copyright violation? But, then, it would take a looong time to get the sites taken down, unless the site hosters comply. Also, some bots give what they get to a main char, for use in fletching, mage, rc, etc. If you detect a bot, you don't just ban it immeadiately, you follow it home. By finding the person's main, you can knock out a whole group of bots. That's what JaGeX is up to, I believe. And, why JaGeX hasn't hired purely bot-hunting mods, I don't know, but I'd love to have that job :twisted: hehehehe. Also, detection systems are a bit hard to make...it would just be smarter to set up traps for the bots, or something in-game that really screws them over. It'd take a lot of time for each detection system, but the results would be great. But, think of how out-gunned JaGeX is. You've got, say, 300 people that are working on jamming bots. Then, the botters have 30 people trying to get around the bot-jammers. Now, there are 80 bunches of botters trying to get around. It only takes one slip-up by JaGeX to let some bots through. These detection systems, also, will take up space. If you include them within the applet, it increases load times (which are already bad, they need to be optimized!), it hurts FPS counts (making everything lag). If they put it server-side, it makes server capacity go down, lag lag lag, and hurts some response times. I've noticed, though, that some bots now incorporate autotyping, in order to throw us bot-haters off. Don't use the if-it-talks-it-isn't-a-bot rule now. I didn't mean that don't chop people out if there are innocents in there, also, but instead, take some steps to double check. If you are making something VERY, VERY PRECISE, you take your time to check the blueprints again and again, to make sure you've got it right. Here's another one. You can't perform open-heart surgery with a crowbar, an axe, and a screwdriver. You'll get sued for malpractice by the dead patient's family You, by the way, may have found some bots, but using just the high-score tables for reference isn't good enough. You need another layer for proof. . . If only they put all yews in the wildy... All it'd take is a few pures, then, and it's chow time. Maybe JaGeX needs to make a few attempts at creating forgery bot sites, and forgery rs gold sites, so that they can grab those who use bots. And, sorry for the flame, I'm just a BIT irritated right now. (In need of sleep) I just took it as you thought I supported bots, and I won't let ANYONE try to degrade me to that.

How the heck am I supposed to put the responses where I need to, then? You dare flame me? All I am saying, is that you can't use that method. IT DOESN'T WORK. If it does, I want to see an algorithm that filters through all of the people on the hiscores for just bots. Then, I want to see him prove that they are bots. It's not a sound system. And, I'll quote as I please. Here's a suggestion for yourself. Get a friggin grammercheck. Now, I am not saying that don't go after them all, I am saying be careful, and don't get ban happy. For those kind of things, you have to do your homework. You NEED absolute evidence that they are bots. It's hard, having all these bots, I know, but you need to cool down. There ARE going to be innocents, and the last thing JaGeX wants is to hurt their PR, what little they have. What would YOU have us do? Personally, I have p-mod friends that come over, then ask the suspected bots a few questions. Even if chat is off, and the p-mod is ignored, they still get to them. That way, there is no excuse. And, IDC if my suggestion is silly, it IS possible, hmm? I've done the same with a friend, we're racing to get the hardest hitting pure within X amount of time. Besides, YOU ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO NAME PEOPLE. I've called in a mod to edit out the names (Rule 1.6, look it up, genius), and if you put them back....well....GL. I myself am editing out the names you've posted out of the times I've quoted you.

You should ave it work only on the world you are on. Then it'll be easier to use. Otherwise, it'd have to ask several servers for info. Then you'd have a *overflow*

Coming soon... Made in VBasic 6. If anyone cares to update it to VBasic 2005 or higher, whatever. But this will combine the skill goal calc and the skill planners. Only mining is being done so far, and I'll try to make it P2P friendly as well. (I'm F2P.) I'll gladly submit it to whatever virus scans or whatever, but this thing will take a bit to finish coding. Also, I'll give credit to those who provide a photoshopped pic of ores, (background edited out.)
