IP Ban is only used in extreme cases. Such as, JaGeX detects several bots coming from one origin. They pinpoint this. Said IP is blocked. But, some people have floating IP's. That's why I said it doesn't work! Because they bot...if there is any reason someone is a pure wc skillers in 3 separate characters? (HERE'S ANOTHER EXAMPLE, THEN. LOOK BELOW.) (not just a real, a paying MEMBER. JaGeX is a company. Companies are highly motivated by money. They love their cash income, and they won't like accidently losing a few mems along the way. Say you have 10k people. Then, take 10% of those, and set them aside. Those are paying members. That's $5000 dollars a month, right there. You ban them. You are out of $60,000 a year. YOU CANNOT BAN ACCOUNTS LIGHTLY. JaGeX has said before, that they weigh account banning heavily. About the 3 wc skillers thing, for an example. How's about having 3 friends, each competing with another, and you, to get 99 wc first? You make your skillers with the same name. You put a number in front of each, and it is sequentially incremented for each person. The 'database' sees this, and your competition is shot out of the water. How's about all four of you, friends and you, being paying members? With those accounts? 'Nuff said. Won't work.

umm my idea is just to make it p2p only coz no newcomers will pop up...and it should only be accesible after a quest and maybe be able to...help some of the people there like the prayer instructor or the cook or the money guy or the quest guy...you know... If I get what your saying is that Tutorial Island should be P2P only, and not for F2P to begin their chars, that idea would be shot down in an instant. I remember when it was introduced, and it WAS very helpful for the just-started noobs. But, if you mean that revisiting it should be P2P only, I dunno about that. Personally, I think my idea would be what JaGeX would go for. (Entices f2p into going mem) Remember, temptation can be a powerful recruiting tool if used correctly...

Bold part will never happen. There'd be too much friendly fire, and there are such things as coincedences. What if you have had several characters, and they were all sequencial? Now, someone hacks one of your accounts, and puts that account as a skiller. A WC skiller, for an example. Guess what now? Said person makes 3 more WC skillers, taking your sequential order, and gets ALL of your accounts banned. How would you like that? This won't work. I personally support MAC address bans.

(Rune ess bot) Then I saw a bot by the name of ****10020. I nearly hit the ceiling. I added ****10001 through ****10029 to my friends list. ****10010 through 10015 panned out, and also 10017 thru 10021 worked. There seems to be a Rune Ess sweatshop. :( Then I got the mod over there to begin the bot war. : Score!

Another two words...... Won't work..... Another Two words, IP changing. Ahem. Floating IP's, proxies, and mirrors, oh my. Also, There are ways to get your IP changed, easy. The only way that Jagex can ban IP's totally is by doing a 208.152.***.*** ban (*'s are whatever goes there, from .0.0 to .255.255, it's just a placeholder), with everything banned that has the prefix 208.152., as an example. But, what if there is a clean, cash-paying member among that group? Therefore, IT CAN'T WORK. If you ban a single IP, such as (EXAMPLE) 217.258.20.39, it is easily changed. Most people, though, have a static IP. The solution is to ID MAC addresses. This is permanent, and requires a whole new network card to get by (or a new comp). Like this solution?

(Level 90) When that's finished you can go to Tutorial Island for 100gp per trip all the time, any time. Requirements: Same as Dragon Slayer Name: Helping Tutorial Island (Not even a good name.....) Uhh...I had an idea, but I haven't really posted about it. Member's tutorial island, but f2p can get in after doing an additional quest, to experience member's skills (but not profit from them, or train the skills) and it's there to train members in the skills they can use. But, you would have to make it so that players entering couldn't bring anything, or leave with anything. The reason for having f2p go to that island is so that Jagex will like it, since it'll entice F2P into going members. Comments, please?

NO. I prefer a professional looking article over a few letters to the editor. Letters to the editor are often filler, and are junk. Having letters to the editor 75% of the time is waaaaaay too often. If your writers feel overworked, then make it biweekly, whatever. BUT NOT 3 WEEKS OUT OF 4!
