It counts, yes, it's graphically challenged, so (?), and if anyone tries to see what you are doing with it, one shake and, viola! No more stealable data. :XD:

2 nights ago i got a botter and their master : He was using the bot to tell mods to, uhh, below him (take away the E), to try and lure people to the wildy, and the funny thing was, i reported the master as they said that they were controlling the bot. Btw, the bot was autotyping. Sad, huh?

I keep mine to friends...having my clan activites as such, getting as many scammers banned as possible. Those scammers don't seem to like me, idk why. Heheh. :XD: Not to mention, there are always the disgruntled people that hate me because I snagged their coal wayyyy back when, or something like that. Also, I'd like to take this post to thank my clan's resident p-moddy for helping out with the takedown of a trim scammer last night. : :thumbsup: WOOT!

Great idea, I support it. There's a second reason I support though. It'll help the Trackers and Sniffers in my clan find the existing scammers that are scattered about. And thus, allowing us to do our job better.

Don't worry, I believe ya. I'm just adamant in my vow not to train wc until the autoers are nearly exterminated by the yews and willows, which will take Jagex a while, understandably. I can program Visual Basic 6.0, so I know how long it takes to set up a program and debug it, so I symphathize with Jagex. They've got a lot on their plate.

Wait a minute... :idea: I've got an idea! There should be exp bonuses for using your own raw materials that YOU gather. Like, keeping your own coal and mith ores to smelt gives you a 10-20 exp bonus per mith bar for smithing level. It would cut down on bots, since people would want to gather their own stuff, it would cut back on skillers, since skillers are sometimes used for gathering raw materials, and it would encourage people to train every skill. It would, though, hurt the open market. Which means, that for higher up stuff, the exp bonus should be kept lower in order to encourage market trade, but it can't be too low. Just enough to deflect some people would work. : I can't see any other downsides though. Any comments? (this post literally started 38 seconds after earlier post was entered.)

Umm...Idc what the bots do, they ruin the experience and make it harder to do ANYTHING! And, if you gather your own materials, you tend to gain exp, save money, and meet more people that you *might* be able to sell stuff to. If I had bought gold ore insstead of mining it to get my craft level up, I wouldn't have met a great RS friend who I'm selling a lotta mith bars to, to cover nature rune costs.

meh, I do tha with actual scammers, to monitor their locations.... That way, if they get on, and i'm bored, I get to go hunt :twisted: And, recently, i took down an account seller. I reported him after he said the account name he was selling (probably hacked. :cry: )

you have no idea how bad they were near the fally yews. i counted 20-25+ there, at once, with some coming and going thru the city gates. Hope this gets taken care of soon.

Customizable groupings, please. I have a section in my bank for lob fishing stuff, (cage, tindy, and steel wc axe), a section for one type of armor, another for my mining stuff...etc. Not predefined groupings, instead, ones customizable by the player. And, mayyyybe more f2p bank space? :-k

Keep it going, guys, this one topic has gotten quite a few posts now! Nice to see there are some other avid gamers out there, too, that aren't TOTALLY sucked up by RS. Remember, they make great games on the consoles too, but allocate them for cool-down, 'alone' time, for when you are sick of the Yew bots stealing the tree out from under you.

Not as bad as fally/air temple yew.
