Buy: Torags helm, glory ammy, rune kite, guthans plate, verac skirt(or guth skirt), mystic boots and the best gloves you can get(or combat bracelet). Use the best wave spell you have. And you shouldn't use prayer pots at all. Try guthan without prayer and if you are comfortable with that try torag and eventually verac without. A super defense pot is very cheap and helps loads.
