Actually, there are very few rings worth using in RS. Seers, Berserker, Archer, Explorer(for farming tele) and ferocious. Not counting (i) rings. What are you talking about? There are very few rings in the game that aren't useful. There's the Ring of Devotion, which gives some useful defensive stats across the board for f2pers, Ring of Dueling, a staple of Summoning training and Nature runecrafting, Ring of Kinship, which has all the funky customisable options in dungeoneering, Ring of Charos, for cheaper ship chartering, Ring of Slayer for the really convenient teleports to slayer dungeons... Do I need to go on? Pretty sure the main focus is about rings that are useful in combat.

Jagex is ridiculous though.. Jagex: Hey maxed players, we will give you free p2p if you help out newbies! Maxed players: Sure! Event happens. Jagex: Lol soz guys was a mistake no p2p for you. I bet none of them actually care about the p2p, but about the attitude.. :thumbdown:

Might want to look into chinning nechs, it doesnt cost a lot w/ rune boot drops and it gives decent charms.

You get the ability to imbue certain rings at different rank levels. To name the useful ones, diamond-100, dragonstone-200 and zerker/seers/archer/onyx ring at 300. You 'buy' the imbues with the reward credits that you get after a game. if you invest max every game you have around 2-3m of them at the end which is more than enough if you don't lose your rings daily. One imbue costs around 150/200k credits.

^@ overloads debate: jagex made the pots usable (not anymore) in real rs, their fault for not having a brain. Anyways I rced on brunokiller and chinned on my pure lol.

getting 300 rank is gonna be annoying with all the idiots trying to 2 rank every game by using heavies. they deserve getting 1 rank in 30 minutes for : not using distractors,not taking down castle instead of chasing me, being [developmentally delayed]s in general. Anyways this is for the next xp weekend lol.. About 3/4 to 94 mage so add another 2k crims or so.

Trolling kids with heavies lol. Anyways, I need an invent suggestion for chinning under ape atoll: 95 prayer, 11 prayer bonus, wrench, extreme range pots.

I find that wolpertinger is magic based, which i value more than range xp myself. It being magic based also means that it is more accurate.

Magic level? I'm biased towards slayer anyways, as always. I'd just get 99 magic at rock lobs(if you havent already) and finish it off with melee. Chinning nechryaels to 99 range also gives a lot of charms.
