Exp. doesn't reallywork that way.... On topic: I think they should have necromancers other than just malignus mortifer, ones who you can actually fight and who can summon undead. there is/was one in rsc idk if it excists in rs2

i got both but i will choise party hat as its the best thing to be annoyed on f2p by low lvls

its an advantage when ur merching but its like really annoying walking in f2p lands and they be like OMG loeks der is liek a pm0d

i remember when shantay passes where buyeable in f2p (just before the rsc-rs2) and they where selling for 500k ea and i remember buying my first r2h for 200k i was so happy :> and btw nobody used scimmys back in rsc >_> as all weps where as quick as each other

maybe search the city for a smith place and take some coal with you?
