Jagex stated that there is a 0.6sec lag to prevent bug abusers from abusing bugs and that it will be removed on the next update. Those safespots do not work because NPC movement was changed with the new engine. It is actually easier to safespot other monsters using normal safespots (luring large NPCs around trees etc to range them). This change was also visible in the GOP game because the orbs are NPCs. I think I have found a new safespot there, but I do not want to test if it really works until they fix the lag. Also, I would wait until (if) they change NPCs back if I were you.

This, but I would avoid getting Warrior(i) until you have archer and seer. This is because you would use warrior while meleing, and berserker is better for that.

You do not stop, it is just a speedrun emote like casting vengeance, using a timepiece etc. This happened when rune defender came out and was fixed in a month or so.

You can't fix it any more than that. This new update lags me a ton too, and I played on bare minimum before it happened.

I've never used iTunes (nor do I own an iPod) before, but does all of your music disappear simply because you reboot the PC?

I have tried all of the options from "Quadraphonic speakers" to the end of the list. (I think the other choices are surround sound, 5.1 surround, 7.1 home theater, 7.1 wide)

We must have very different PKing strategies ;) I usually solo at Edge and I've grossed 1.5m one day of pking skimmies and 2hers with a pure lvl 50-ish. I hate teams, so boring :shame: I've never really tried single pking, since I lag at edgeville level 1-5 wilderness and bank on ANY bounty world. By lag, i mean reducing my fps to ~3-5

I believe the program used by your high school was something like NetOP by Novell (that is what my school uses.) However, I found out how to disable it, and you needed the security password :<. I do not think a college would force you to install something like that on your PC.

You have the risk vs reward wrong, I'm playing on my pure (Gandhi Bros) right now... It was level 35 before old wild died. I would constantly lose money. Now, I just take 25k worth of bind runes and arrows (Me and my brother, Gandhi Broz, run very large teams in world 32 multi), along with armor, and get 150-250k worth in rune per kill.

Well I recently grabbed an audio card off my dads old pc and I want to use that one and the one built into my motherboard (1 for headphones and 1 for speakers - I hate going back there and switching the wires). Is this possible? Also, what does changing this do?

When I formatted my PC to XP (from 2000) it automatically installed my drivers for me. I never had to download anything for my audio, graphics etc. (I installed XP on a separate partition, maybe it detected from the C: drive since that's where 2000 is)
