All of the generals in dung smith should be able to get to promethium. However, at least upgrade to katagon when you can. You can occasionally find it in the starter room.

Join the clan chat "dung smith" and get a promethium spear p++. When you hit 50, you can get another item, like a platebody (I got an empowered catalytic staff from a 99 RCer in there). EDIT: Also, if you plan on ranging, get 125 promethium arrows bound. I have 125 blood runes, as I prefer to mage and melee.

I am currently killing black dragons for a slayer task with zammy spear and dragon slayer gloves. If I use a hally for special attack, is it better to use stab or slash? It has +70 stab and +95 slash. Also, should I swap the spear for a godsword or not?

Always go for 4 levels under your target, it is much to just stew it.

Why are you blocking steels at your herblore level? They are super fast with super antis, dragon slayer gloves, and zammy spear.

It's not uncommon to go to world 18 east of edge river and see a summoning pure ko someone with a steel titan spec or a summoning and def pure to ko someone with steel titan and dfs spec.

IMO the Dragon Slayer gloves are only worth it at steel, black, mithril, and solo KBD tasks.

You get exp for cleaning the herbs and adding second ingredients, NOT for mixing low-dose potions or making unfinished potions.
