Basically it's just random stuff you want to get rid of. Not really applicable anymore because of GE so look out the stuff he puts up might be junk/crashing.

Honestly I haven't seen a "bank sale" in about a year now. They were always a good way to bargain/rip off before GE though :)

The fastest herblore exp is the highest potion you can make. However this is not always the best option economically. For smithing smelt/superheat gold until 68 and then if you want to spend more money make mithril plates. For agility, boost to the wilderness course until 52 then just use it to 60.

Actually, it doesn't matter whether or not you craft your own runes. You could have easily sold those runes for profit, and you end up losing that potential profit instead of real money.

The reason these items are so low is that more people are selling than buying but Jagex set a price floor. There should always be people selling the items that Cptbaker and I stated.

If something drops charms, it has a chance of dropping ALL charms. Just because you don't get a blue one from lobs doesn't mean its impossible.

Last time I went to lobsters (loooooooooooooooooooong time ago when I was getting 94 mage), they dropped 2 charms at a time. I went there yesterday, and at the end of my trip, I had a single blue charm. I also noticed that I do not seem to get as many charms. Did Jagex nerf rock lobsters?

Was just double checking for penguins as I know with juna and some quest reward lamps you do need to have a minimum level in the skill you use the lamp for . For Juna (Tears of Guthix) you can be level 1 and still get exp. The skill just has to have been around long enough. Same with non-quest exp lamps, and I'm pretty sure the only quest that give exp rewards with a skill requirement is WGS. No, most quest reward lamps require an existing skill level. Generally, the more the exp, the higher the requirement.

But it goes something like at lvls 1-x you get a set amount of exp but once you hit lvl x you get different exps, or vice versa. The higher level you are, the more exp you get per tear. This is capped at level 30.
