Is it possible to poison an npc with a hit of 0?
You should technically be able to poison on a hit of 0 after the lifepoints update. However, it will be 10 times as unlikely. Here's why: In the old hitpoints, random hits were generated by the servers, such as 23.563485642456742657346537. Java truncated (cut off excess) the number to two places, or only the 23. Suppose someone hit 0.32524643635. That is still a "hit," but it hits 0. Now, that 23.563485642456742657346537 would truncate to 23.5, and the servers would multiply it by 10, making your hit 235. The 0.32524643635 would give you a hit of 3. However, if you hit 0.02345, that is still a "hit," even though you dealt 0 damage. If you don't know programming or at least floating point values then the above probably won't make sense.

6-Core Desktop Processors
Actually, Autodesk Inventor is one program I have seen that will utilize every core on your computer. When it is rendering images and animations, for every core, there will be a little "square" of rendering at a time. EX: For a dual-core CPU, 2 "squares" of the image will be rendered at a time until the entire image is done.

How many hours to get 2,7m tokkul?
It creates arguably the single best ring in the game (single as in alone for all situations).

Familiarisation, Wfs vs Rock lobs
Yes, I'm sure you've tried it and noticed that you get many more charms :---) EDIT: Nice edit =D>

Herblore Help (70-89)
Get 85 and stew to strength like me. EDIT: I know you won't do this but I found a time where mage pots were 23.6gp/xp so I made them to 84 then ext attacks to 85 using logout abuse.

How to check FPS/Ping on RS?
Wow, totally forgot about Fraps. But yes, it is that.

How to check FPS/Ping on RS?
Yes, 70 ping is not bad, considering game "ticks" are 600ms or so.

6-Core Desktop Processors
AMD Phenom II X6 1055T AMD Phenom II X6 1090T Black Edition Intel Core i7-980X Extreme Edition How worth it are these processors? Too much money? Enough bang for the buck? Too much power for today's software (see: 16GB memory)?

Fast way to get pro?
If it only improves accuracy, then no. You are already extremely accurate there, and praying augury would be a waste.

How to check FPS/Ping on RS?
There is an illegal against-the-rules way to check FPS that I won't mention here.

Fletching maple long(u)
It is not "good" money, but is a relatively slow but profitable method of gaining fletching exp. They do sell because people buy them to alch, but it may take some time.

Increased amount of lag since graphics update.
Whenever RS "blacks out" and completely disappears, it's a memory issue. I used to have ~480MB of RAM, and whenever I watched a YouTube video, the next time the "Loading - Please Wait" showed up, the game would black out because it couldn't load the new information. Since then, I have bought a 1GB stick and it never happens. EDIT: SwiftKit has a smaller memory footprint than Firefox, so that new antivirus is consuming your memory. Firefox can barely not handle RS, I guess.

Is this a good house layout?
Agreed, I fixed it. RUMRYPCQLSQOCUPCYLScQDMTTMSDRVTQRDVVTUHDYVTYRDeXEQLUQJEUPEYLUcQVUKVaL You're still missing bedrooms.

Tormented Demons Set Up
Sorry, I've never done TDs with tort. When I started killing them, I used a fire titan (use fire because of magic attack). Its essentially a degraded unicorn that deals some damage and boosts defence.

Is this a good house layout?
What are you going to use your house for? For prayer: Chapel right next to your portal, then glory right next to it. For slayer: Chapel right next to your portal, then glory next to it. Surround portal with menagerie (for summoning restore) and 2 portal chambers. For tabs: Study right next to your portal, with a dining room nearby to easily call the servant. For a telescope: Study right next to your portal, with nothing blocking the side the telescope will be on. In either case, the throne room, workshop, kitchen, combat room, costume room, skill hall, and bedrooms have low priority. If you plan on using tea, build 2 kitchens so that one can be used for training. In most cases, your current plan is not desirable.

Various slayer questions
If one dose of antifire runs out by the time you manage one kill, then you shouldn't be killing irons.

Summoning spec bar
Even if this is worse than brews, it currently takes around 28 monkfish, which cost 14-15k, to cover what a summoning potion and 3 scrolls can do. Disregard. I calculated monks as 16, not 160.

Super Heating?
If you happen to have 4k dungeoneering tokens, buying a coal bag seems to be quite useful for superheating mithrli+. With adamant, the amount of bars/bank went from 3 to 6. For mithril, it went from 4 to 8.

Summoning spec bar
Summoning potions work, and people who take brews/rests to GWD with me ask around for summ pots for their unis, so I doubt rests work.

Priorities for dungeoneering
I'd say raise your farming to a few below your herby, as herbs tend to be around the same farming level as herblore level, and you're not bound to get, say, a lycopus on every dungeon.

Port for Xbox
Yes, do not buy a hub or a switch. They can get messy at times and my old one kicked me off my internet whenever I printed to my network printer.

Visual Game Elements Load Slow?
[HIJACK] While it's still fresh in my mind, does anyone know if it's possible to modify these textures to create some weird effects (on my computer only, of course)? Or is it all encrypted and stuff by jagex?

Priorities for dungeoneering
My signature is right up there  Also, referring back to your original post, it is quite impossible to "burn" 33m on dungeoneering when the skill requires no cash to level at all. Unless, that is, you mean you want to level up your non combat skills by putting money into them, which is (usually) beneficial outside of dungeoneering, as well.

Training Smithing
If you want to minimize costs, do NOT mine your own ores unless your best method of making money is slower than mining coal (which it should not be). Making money beforehand or afterward will save more in the long run.
