  1. Well, to be honest, about 90% of Runescape is based on luck. nice made up percentage there  Might want to read what he actually says. Notice the "about." Everything in Runecape is based on luck. (minus a couple of secondary skills (flething, crafting)) I could hit my max hit 1000 times but just as likely I could hit 0 1000 times. (Really, think before you type...)
  2. It is there in wow because it is the best place, so why cant it be there in rs?
  3. Easily got them all but the Processor. I might have it, but I might not - forgotten my comps spec O_O
  4. Hopefully a very good, thank you for being patient with the December updates! Should be a monster of an upgrade though, seroiusly, who thought java could be pushed so far!?
  5. Summoning should only raise combat lvls when it is treated like a real combat skill. Take the dual arena for example. Lets look at some options No melee No magic No range No prayer Allow summoning Notice that summoning has to be "allowed" before it can be used in a fight? Why dont they make it so that in normal fight you're not allowed to use magic? The answer is that summoning isnt treated like a combat skill. Another example. I decide to go kill some fire giants with my familiar. Oh no, look, you cant use familiars in non-multicombat. So howcome prayer is aloud in non-multi. Why can we use melee in these "non-multicombat" areas of Runescape. For the second time, summoning isnt treated like a combat skill. Jagex need to make summoing an actual combat skill, not just something that is pointless in combat and only useful in skilling. Oh, and dont say "Summoning is merely a combat aid" or "It wouldn't be fair, it would be 2 vs 1." Prayer is a combat aid is it not? Then howcome it is treated differently from the other combat aid, summoning. I rest my case. Jagex crapped up a skill that could of been great. (Jagex pooped on summoning then laughed, it seemed a good idea to them at the time.) Evil Pig20
  6. You have controdicted yourself. Price drops are good yet you say friends would leave due to loss of gameplay. In all honesty, if these bots were normal, decent players everyone would love them. They give more to Runescape than they take, they allowed you to actualy MAKE money via fletching. Now the tides have turned. Skills such as fletching and Runescrafting are at a GREAT loss where as all gathering skills (hunter, fishing, wc etc) have improved vastly. In all honesty what bots gave to honest players was great, what they did after they got their cash was dreadful. Removal of bots was not a good thing, it had to be done due to banks supposidly rejecting payments for Runescape as they didnt want to be associated with all the bad bots. What I fail to belive is that was the entire reason why they removed rwt. World of Warcraft is the game that is most laiden with Rwt, yet its still running - banks "block" Blizzard out. What I am tryin to get to is, Jagex needed a small reason to make a HUGE fuss out of Rwt. Maybe one bank threatened to stop allowing customers to buy membership but then, why would a bank do that. The bank would just lose customers and, what they really want, money. Jagex have made a mountain out of a mole hill and now everyone, not just the people involved, has payed the price. Evil Pig20

  8. I don't understand what you just said. English =That made me laugh L33t translation = 7H@ M4d3 M3 l4U9h On topic I guess the guideis useful for f2p, but for p2p its not that useful :)
  9. The other comments are a bit harsh. I suggest you add more on the actual killing of jad. Not just "Good luck!"
  10. Yes I agree with that. What I have been doing is making links a different font color, but they do need to have some way to distinguish them from regular text. Underline them? EDIT: The quote and edit options are back at the top - just put in a few seconds after my first post!
  11. I really like this new layout but PLEASE put the quoting option back at the top of their post. Thanks, great job ;) (Oh, and the smilies need a bit of trimming)
  12. Does that not make the special really, really poor. 100gp isnt enough to make it useful for much. Anything you farm you farm because it is worth alot, in most cases higher than 100gp. I suggest making it in the regions of 1000gp, 10x that of what you suggested.
  13. Yes, we have to remember that runescape is not just about skills and xp, so 100% would require achievments from other aspects of the game. To 100% something you need to of entirely completed it. Call 99 13m xp and the max is 200m xp, if you get 99 you are only 6.5% of the way to finishing that skill!
  14. For 100% you would need: 200m in all skills All quests done All music found All diaries done Completed all mini-quests And had all the best rewrds from minigames. So for me, I would have to say I have done 0.5%
  15. You base that on nothing and therefore it should be discarded. Its like saying "the moon is boring" when you havent been there...... As for the skill I could live without... Hmmm... Firemaking, farming and summoning. All have affected nothing really.
  16. You seriously belive hunter is the most boring skill? It involves way more than many other skills, I really have to say that what you said is entirely unture. Hunting on trails and finding an animal at the end OR click on a rock. I see the first one was more fun...
  17. I disagree with giving them a hood and cape but I also disagree with giving them nothing. These people clearly play this game enough to deserve a LITTLE something. I say give them the emote but no cape/hood. Fair enough?
  18. Aswell as more charms dropable spirit shards too? Or just have the price of all the monsters you can summonin... Its summoning not "How much money can you lose"
  19. For all you know your "girlfriend" could actually A) Be a man B) Be a 60 year old C) Be a pedofile O_O I would rather be safe than sorry...... Also, its now against the rules to ask someone to be your boy/girlfriend. So if you ever see Zezima mentioning anything to his "wife" 5pirit you can report him if it has anything to do with this matter! =D
  20. Is it just me or have any of you been seeing this sort of thing lately Just wondering if its only me. By lately I mean since the realease of the NEW forums
  21. so godly for everyone but merchants I made more money on the ge, merchanting, than i ever did before. Granted you have enough base cash (100m+) its awesome. Since you are whining that merchanting is gone, i assume you are a merchanter, so i asume you have at least 100m. Thus I say: go out, use your brains, and make money on the GE too! (if you haven't made 100m+ of merchanting, then don't whine, since you obviously * at merchanting). Just because you dont have 100m doesnt mean your not a merchant.... I merchanted my way to get a green mask, and you dont call that merchanting. Infact what you call "merchanting" is actually investing. So to make a clear point, you are wrong as you invest by using the GE. Merchanting - You buy 1000 cowhides for 100 each. You then sell then for 110 each 10 minuntes later. Investing - You spend 100m buying rares. " months later you sell all your rares for 2m more than you bought them. I hope that has cleared things up for the more feeble minding. :XD:
  22. Good work! But what CONCLUSION Jackg243 said about selling your items now at the bottom is true for most things apart from rares ; ) If I were you and I had a rare I would keep it =p
  23. This may be extremely old but I think its quite good ; )
  24. Better than before I would imagine!
