Raising the level cap would really just make me want to stop RuneScape. It already requires no skill (sorry but it's true, where's the skill in firemaking for example) and I don't want it made worse. Jagex have shot themselves in the foot so many times half their foot is gone.

I think this waiting part is just wasting time. There is no point in going pvp if you are scare to lose your items. You might as well attack, since you also have the chance to hit high on some1 unexpecting(no prayer and eating) and win the fight a lot faster. But everyone can have their style, not trying to convince you guys. Well considering if you wait you can take your best stuff with no (well little) risk inolved I say not hitting first is better.

Using stat boosting prayers (piety etc) isn't nooby. But if you are both fighting normally and your opponents starts protecting for no reason that IS nooby. (The pures just get mad because they don't have prayer. Also notice they always call you a nerd despite they are the ones with "fine tuned characters") OT: I really don't want to risk losing my items for 1 hit on someone... I will just stand and wait for them to hit me!

How would you know if JaGeX pick from random anyway? Do you work there, do you select Pmods? So your trying to suggest Jagex go through all 135 million accounts to see if they are good enough? The only way to do it is to keep checking up on random accounts. (Even then, how do you know they don't pick random accounts, do you work there, do you select Pmods?) Oh, player mods do need time. You cannot look at a baby and say 30 years from now this baby will be a billionaire. You need to watch them for a long time, or see come back 2 years later and check them up and see what they have done. Even if they are a mod in another game that shouldn't affect anything at all. Different games have entirely different methods to become a moderator.

Jagex are actually a very eco friendly company, not sure if this is true but I heard 100% of the electricity used is eco friendly. (wind etc) So the price of that electricity isn't going to raise that much.

Not to mean to mods (many are nice) but alot of them act like [insert word here]. Once on the rsof my thread got locked, the mod didn't post why. I added them and spoke to them, they said why it was locked and I then proved to them why it shouldn't of been locked. I was blatently correct and they had locked my thread for an invalid reason, yet they chose to ignore me :| All I can say is... Be wary of TeaGirl5... (Also all the tip it mods are great, they don't come from a giant "random selection" wheel like Jagex. All Jagex do is pick random accounts and see if they are worthy! I saw a lvl 50 mod and someone asked how long he had played and he said 2 months :\)
