Stealing items will certainly go down but actual account stealing will still go on. I am glad about this though. Although i have never been hacked on this account 8-)

Skilling and certain minigames will increase but i dont htink it will that much. Alot of pkers have been quitting so it can't really be predicted that much. Prices may fall but a lack of autoers will force them up a bit :D
