You can be friends after you get over her. I've done it before, both staying in contact and cutting it, and the later is by far the better option. If you don't talk to her, you could be over her in a month and resume normal life. If you do, 6 months down the track when she is dating somebody else and just imagining them together hurts you'll know what I'm talking about.

I won't take them unless I have to. Like for an infection or something. I generally don't take crap like cold and flu medication, or paracetamol. I had severe depression for years and refused to take medication and got through it myself, I had panic disorder and have pretty much got though it myself apart from the odd anxiety here and there.

With milo it barely tastes any different to lite cows milk to me. Compared to full cream it's slightly watery but otherwise pretty similar.
