Ugh... Very sad. To summarize: He's training at lessers at Karajima. He get's a rune med. He leaves and is going back to mainland to restock on food. He's lvl 67, a lvl 72 comes out and asks for the rune med for 10k. He agrees, they trade, deal done. The 72 then asks for the other rune med, he refuses, and then he get's called a noob. He is wondering WHY he got called a noob, he's not ranting about BEING called a noob. He can't see the reason. Just because his typing skills are bad doesn't really give you the right to blantly say he's stupid, lol. I was reffering to him not knowing the name of karamja despite the fact that he had to either click a line under a glory that says teleport karamja or talk to a captain and click on sail to karamja. Meh no biggy... Some people are a lot worse...

Ignore some of the jerks/morons in Runescape. They're just some troublesome people.

It isn't like the players are taking abbysal whips, full third age armour, and furies to the abyss. You lose in one run... what? 75kish? Who takes full third age, and furies to wildy...? Also, about F2P questing. You could do all F2P quests in one weekend... So I'm not too sure that's good enough for a game where it takes hours and hours and hours to get any skill to 80... Other then that, I understand most of your frustrations...

Sure. Since I've never gone to GWD it's not debateable? The sadness of your arguement. It's not about whether or not I've gone to GWD, after all if this encounter took place somewhere else you would still be saying; "you've never been there", etc. Anyways your a lost cause to try and talk to, because all that matters is, me never being to the place where the encounter took place, etc... my point is you dont know what godwars is like so how can you say whats annoying and whats not there? its like a plumber arguing with a programmer about what the best way to write a program is. Pretty sad arguement. For one, it's pretty easy just to imagine the "annoyingness". Second, I know some things about GWD, it's not like it hasn't been talked about... You go into your god area of your choice(Amrydal, Bandos, Zammy, Sara). You have to get a 40 kill count in order to move into the bosses' area, and certain reqs and/or items. You fight the boss or mini boss of your choice, with a team(99% of the time). Protection prays are always on(depending on type of boss). Hope you get the kill, and items. Very "condensed" version. Anyways, just because I've never been there, doesn't mean I know nothing about it. Just by reading the posts from this topic, and last topic, I can get a sense of what's annoying. Basically everything you do in GWD is annoying. If you kill a regular monster, other people can't get kill count, if you fight mini boss, you distract team, if you are just in GWD for exploring, you are jeered at. If you go for the big boss, you are "invading" other people's worlds...

Horrible idea. Str pots sell for 1k ea. You will spend AGES selling for 2k ea. Also the time to go to Aurbury and repeatedly ask for str pots, and the banking, ugh. Bad idea...

I think he's aiming for rune pure, you must have 33 def, otherwise you'll go over 40 def. And D_V is right, you need higher atk and str...

Ahem, m4tty got banned for really incredible flaming. I really don't think that my "flaming" will get me banned. Also "starting fights" doesn't make me think that'll get banned either... 1. Not too sure about. That's debateable. 2. Well I'm 99% sure those people over reacted with all the jeering, etc. 3. Ties into point 2.... 4. Kinda ties into point 2... 5. Yes. Some decency to a lower lvl really could have helped. Your last comment just completely throws out everything you said. Like I said before, HOW does combat lvl tie into this at all??? The conversation has nearly nothing to do about GWD, except the location of the encounter. I mean, you really ought to stay on topic and try and make decent points about the topic in question, NOT other non related points. So, um, if god swords were non-tradeable, one person alone, would have to get 3 shards, AND a hilt? Wow, like that'll be really frequent. Also, if you go pking, since technicaly if you get killed, and since the god sword is non tradeable, no one would be able to get, right? I think it should have higher reqs, but making it untradeable would pretty much blow up anyone's chances to get a full god sword. Yes it hits high, but it's slow, REALLY expensive, and the big hits don't happen everytime. I mean, if you have 50 mil-150 mil to blow on a god sword, go ahead, a whip and a rune defender are just somewhat below the effectiveness of a god sword.

First off, they were not "possibly too harsh". Yes it may be a little annoying a lvl 80 something coming to GWD when it was meant for high lvls, 100+. But that really does not excuse the behavior some ignorant jerks. Like roberthree said it was: This was just for a bit of fun, not meant for profit. Runescape was meant to be fun, not to have: nub lmao, b funny when he dies, etc thrown at your face when you enter a high lvl dungeon. The people who were already in the GWD area do not really have the right to get that angry. So what if they were there first? EXTERMELY hard. I had 33 def, 40 atk, and 54 str when I did it, came out with 9 lobbies. I don't know about this. 25 str hits pretty low, and for sure get at least 30 atk for addy. And for sure bring str pot. Also, have a friend come and stock up with swordies for you. That way if you run out of swordies, you can hop out, restock, and fight again. Good luck with that. Elvarg hits 10s so...
