Lol it has nothing to do with your password, dont' worry. It's a simple issue of lag. its not a glitch it happens in highly crouded areas, such as the grand exchange. the grand exchange is actually were half of my "friends" came from. when you click buy, and type in the item, once you click on it in the chatbox, whoevers name is underneath the item name after the window closes, is who you add. the game just lags and two clicks are sent, one for clicking the item, and one for adding the random person on your list. i have experienced it as well, and trust me, no one is hacking into your acount and adding random people, because that would be so totaly evil!! :twisted:

Hey, i recently achieved 80 range, and i was wondering if anyone could teach me how to arma gwd? im positive my stats are atleast the minimum (read a couple guides) and ive been in gwd before so im not a complete newb to this. i also found a really good guide (imo) in the AOW monster hunting section, and so i know the inventory/setup required. i'm just looking for a teacher to teach me with a group so i can get the feel of it and sign up for groups i find with friends or the runescape forums. my stats are: 80 defence, 83 hitpoints, 63 prayer, 80 range, 60 summoning, 76 mage?, ...i think thats all that really necesarry. please either post here or send me a pm (once i know your willing to help, i will add you in game and we will discuss). as for payment, i offer my best home-made hugs and cookies. Thank you very much :thumbsup: (P.S a friend of mine said he would teach me, but he went on vacation for 2-3 weeks, and i want to surprise him by taking him to arma when he gets back, and getting us 50 hilts in a row ;) )

I kind of rushed posting this topic, i didn't even do any cacluations myself. i have decided to kill 3 birds with 1 stone...im gona smelt 5.8k gold ores with the gloves, get 70 smithing, then im going to make 5.8k ruby bracelets, and get 70 crafting, finally finishing off by either enchanting and selling the bracelets, or just alching them. thanks alot for the help, next time ill think about it myself first before i rush here and post it :wall:

ReEDIT: Ok so i did some calculations, here they are: 10 bolts unf=50xp xp needed for 70 smithing from 64=330612xp bars needed=6613 bolts made=66130 mithril bars each=1122gp mithril bolts finished=80gp each total cost of bars=7.5mil total money made from selling 66130bolts=5.3mil money loss= 2.2mil Did i do it right? i lose 2.2mi?!?! not using the blast furnace :x FFS!!EDIT ONE MORE TIME!!!: i did a calculation of gold ores with gaunlets...and i lose less money doing gold ores :shock: i think ill just do gold ores :-#

Hey i wanted to train my smithing level up from 64-70. Whats a good method to use so i won't lose alot of money, and won't take days on end. so please don't suggest smithing bars etc...and no gold ore with gaunlets or platebodies. im willing to spend money, but not loads of money. I think he needs the dragon axe to cut some yews or mages so he can have some cash. i'd suggest find a friend who has a dragon axe, and borrow it from him. cut the yews/mages then sell them to buy your own axe :thumbsup: if you cant find a friend, find someone who can rent it to you for minimum prices like, 10-20k an hour...you can easily make that back in an hour with the axe. : Or, as above posters have mentioned, why buy the guthans if your not gona use it? That is exactly what i wanted to say, just summed up to like 2 phrases and not 4 paragraphs that i was about to type. Merchanting is semi-dead because not everyone can "merch" anymore. to be able to use the new "merching" you have to have quiet alot of cash to start off with otherwise it will be terribly slow and pointless. but i agree, i hate how everyone is saying merching is dead. imo its much easier now that g.e is here... :

cooking also depends alot on fishign too, were did you get those swordfish? huh?!?!?!?! lol but yea, never really thought of it though... also herbalor depends kinda on farming too (i know alot of monsters drop herbs but cmon...you know its related)
