Agreed with hiimben, I really dislike the shading style. The new image, well, it's too large for one. It looks more like an MS paint doodle than a pixel and, in reference to your past work, seems rushed. Really that is all I have to say. It's rushed. It doesn't even look half done. Also I know you've been here for a while. You shouldn't get bent out of shape when you take some criticism. I understand the harsh attitude may wary off new artists but if you've been doing this [cabbage] for over a year at least I don't think you should get worked up about it. Anyways I would work towards a better style, and stay at a smaller resolution. Maybe try and stray away from runescape being a source material as well, I just can't take some of the runescape pixel art terribly seriously when it's nothing more than a fan art for a badly stylized and boring game. (artistically). So yeah take it as you will, but I think you've got some working from the ground up to do. You've limited your colors well in some pieces, stick to that. Just don't overdo it with the noise.

I haven't really watched enough Space Ghost to really find it too funny yet. I'm sure it's just because I've never watched it much though. Also Xavier: Renegade Angel Season 2 started today. Man it is a wonderful show.

You know, I've never really paid much attention to STALKER. I really should pick it up and play it, I've heard nothing but good things. Maybe next time steam runs a sale I'll pick it up.

Look at my build Shadow. The entire computer and OS costs $380. (maybe a little more or less, some of those may have been "deals" at the time we did it). PC gaming is only expensive if you don't know where to look.

They probably are just using a mod chip and installing Linux. It won't be very good at all though.

I can't seem to find the card anywhere on any benchmark tests, but I'm guessing it simply is not powerful enough.

It would be nice to know the specifications of your laptop. FYI depending on the computer you may get more performance out of vista Aero.

I know, but it's soooo tempting! >.< That's my goal for my next pixel- Use 30 colors or less. That and learn to dither effectively... Psh push yourself, go for 10 colors maximum. IMO it gives a much better looking style.

Got me a new UI! Finally got tired of my one I slapped together a few months ago, and found a great replacement. [hide=][/hide] It is a modified version of the Caulle 3.0 Tankspot UI. I pretty much just added the DK bar, made the scale a bit larger and got rid of a few things I didn't need. I really like the UI, and Aloft (nameplates addon) is great for tanking. Also I have 8.5k HP @ lvl 64 now in tank gear/frost presence. God bless [bleep]ing +24 stam gems. :lol: ps: The guild is my pro 2 person guild. :)
