Off topic is serious business?

I never did finish BC on my HoX. My HoX is level 60 now, and essentially he is my new main. I have no idea why I ever got the ToS up to 80, as I don't really like it in PvP. If all goes as planned I should have my HoX 80 by the time the PvP patch comes out. Anyways, speaking of the HoX crafted gear is just ridiculously OP. I had 15g or so sitting around from my ToS and, well, I decided that I may as well use it. So I bought the entire blue lvl 60 crafted set, including a 2H sword and a cloak. I then proceeded to gem it out with nothing but +3.5 to +5.7 to 2H damage gems! I got my weapon DPS from something like 95 up to 180! Needless to say my HoX's normal hits, on villa mobs, hit for a good 10%-15% of their life. Usually now by the time the combo goes off they have like 40% hp. I hit, on average, for 350 or so a swing. In other, slightly related news, I switched guilds with TFB again. We had merged with [Xen of Onslaught] but were quickly met with a guild that just wasn't up to our standards. They failed a raid that [Pandora's Mighty Soldiers] had PUG'D. Well, we ended up merging with Pandora's like we originally planned. Me and a guildie were made officers so, unlike in Xen, we have some weight in the guild. They have all (or most) of the T1 content on farm as well, so it's a good fit. Also my HoX's name is Ormn currently. I'm hoping for name changes soon to change it to Cyrant.

It wasn't originally like that, it used to take a massive amount of time to become a jedi. Then they updated the system which made it easier to become jedi. But like in every MMO time diminshes achievement, unless theres a cap on how many jedi's can be on a server(which is idiotic), then theres going to be a lot of jedi's.I think a lot of the potential playerbase will only wnat to play it to become a jedi so if bioware wants a diverse range of people theyve kinda shot themselves in foot. The good thing is that during the time the game is set there were a lot of jedi's around, so at least it won't be as ridiculous as SWG NGE. I'm thinking that the jedi's won't be the all powerful classes, or at least (obviously) that there will be other classes that will be plenty useful. I could imagine playing a bounty hunter, for example.

I played Final Fantasy Tactics for the GBA and I didn't like it for some reason. Everyone said it was great, amazing, blah, blah... But I couldn't get into it. OK.. All I'm asking is that you flip it on for 5 minutes and see if you aren't hooked. I can't imagine Space invaders extreme being better than FFXII. Space invaders extreme is actually a really good game. No, actually I haven't. Is it worth picking up?

The case I listed was mostly just because I thought it was cool. :lol: I would look around on newegg and find a case w/o a PSU in it. You can prob get one for $45-50 and it'll be better quality than one that throws in a shoddy PSU.

The ram looks really cheap. I'd go with corsair at the least if you downgrade it. HD is fine. And a 450w PSU is too weak. You really need like 550w-600w.

There are plenty of mature users on this forums that have maybe 50-100 posts. Also I find it funny that, if such a board were to be implemented, so many of you would probably never get into it (that are talking about this).

It's on my list of games I have, haven't really played it though. Well go play it now. Playing Age of Conan lol. Plus if I'm gunna play my DS it'll be either FFTA2 or Space invaders extreme. :thumbup:

Not just graphics... but the ability to render large environments and handle AI Wii lol >.< Of course not for FFXIII or versus, that would be insane. But what they should of done at least is spread the games over three consoles. Versus for the ps3, XIII for the 360, and that other one for the Wii instead of a stupid mobile phone. Because making people have to buy 3 consoles is a good thing? lol.

Cross-Platform. : Seriously though, open source programing == the best. It's why the other consoles can't compete with the PC.

Yeah. Don't think I agree, but that's just because all of them were pretty much all mediocre. While it doesn't compare to AoE2 it's not bad. I've had some fun moments in it, only issue is lag.

Exactly. Although I don't think it'd be worth it for Square, from a buisness perspective, to release on the Wii. IMO it would take too much to have to tone it down to the Wii's level.

This is why I only have my 360 for exclusives and stick with the PC. As many hardcore or casual games as you want.

Man, [bleep] necros and their Blighted ones pets. This necro's pets drained my HoX's mana and stam pool within 15 seconds, with potions ticking and was able to heal herself (no potions) through any damage I could muster (couldn't use a single combo). Any advice? I can't do [cabbage] to them. Even if I jump them all I get is instant fear cast on my [wagon] :cry: My QQ for the day, lol.

I'm sure it will be. They've done other games before (jade empire) that had a different and successful combat system.

I'll buy: Left4Dead Spore Star wars:force unleashed (is it this year? :S) Street Fighter IV (probably) Of course this doesn't count the DS games that I'll "buy" so yeah. Not too much that is exciting me for the rest of the year, and I just don't have the money to spend on [cabbage]ty games. :P

Ah ok. My HoX has a skill, I eat your Heart where I... well... literally rip their heart out of their chest and eat them. Really useful when I have a lot of mobs around me and a few minions, because I can just 1 shot the minions with it, get a heal and get my "blood pit" which acts as a potion almost.
