Wouldn't a cop living by this philosophy be putting the people he's supposed to protect and the laws he's supposed to uphold in jeopardy? From what I understand he'll do whatever benefits him the most, not the community or the law. I know it's extreme to assume that but you can't help but wonder when someone takes selfishness as far as "satanists" seem to. Point is you'd figure a satanist would choose a career that doesn't involve sacrificing them self for a greater good, like law or country. Why? That greater good effects everyone. I'm sure just because they are labled as santanist they understand the need for protection of others so they themselves can be protected. It's not like they are void of all human emotion or logic with one devout belief to always do what directly affects their selfishness. Great summery. My take on it is that even though it preaches the idea of "live life for yourself" and to indulge yoursel doesn't mean that it is against helping others. Some people enjoy being in the force. Be it for the excitement or to help others just because its helping someone else doesn't mean you can't like it, even if you are a "satanist". I would think that many of these people enjoy helping out others and indulge them self in helping others to the best they can. It follows the ideal s that the 'church' offers so to speak. The thing is it doesn't say that you should be a kind person, evil person, anything like that. It simply states to enjoy life and indulge yourself in the pleasures of life.

Sorry, all I'm hearing is "i'm an idiot who didn't even watch the video". Its an intresting idea and follows a lot of what I belive (live life for what you can) but I don't actually need help in doing so from a church ;p.

Ultimate had to be the best of the series. My favorite fighting game remains Marvel vs. capcom 2 however.

Actually its mythic that is producing it. owned by EA Just because it is owned by EA doesn't mean its not being produced by the Mythic devs. EA doesn't have any say in the actual game design for WAR.

Is the open beta just for europe or can U.S join in as well? Reason i'm asking is the U.S site is still talkinga bout the closed beta.

Is it just your MP3 player / camera? Perhaps you need the software installed again for those devices? I really would strongly advise against reformatting, considering most likely it won't do anything to help this problem. I know you said your usb mouse works so I don't think its the USB slots in general. Anything else USB that works?

Only problem is I don't think the OP has a PCI-E slot open as his current card is an AGP. Those wouldn't work with what he has.

I've spec'd back to a combat fists (swords once I get a sword MH) for the purpose of solo farming and kara. My reasoning is I think my dps will be able to top off what mutilate combat was because we have 2 shaman with WF totems in the raid group. I'm pretty much garenteed WF at all times for my MH which a sword is going to greatly improve with. (because of the damn 3 second rule :P). The nice thing is I tested it with a shaman on a slab run earlier today and I had WF up pretty much the entire time. Every hit was nearly a WF (well every other hit). :P

For the short cast-time probably. My 70 mage friend still has his rank 1 frostbolt hotkeyed. Yup. Its a shorter cast time then higher ranks. Out of interest, because so many people still use rank 1, would you bother training to get rank 2, 3, 4 etc? Well yes. The higher ranks are still needed for damage. The reason I have a rank 1 frostbolt is for when I need a quick slow without damage (like if I'm a fire spec). Part of my kiting might include using a rank 1 frostbolt because of the faster cast.

Deffinitly try a different surface, a glossy surface would make a mouse jump around a lot. Try a foam mousepad or, like others said, a white piece of paper. if all else fails its broken.

You can still kite with fire but its a bit more mana intensive and isn't as good. The best thiing to do is have your rank 1 frost bolt hotkeyed.

If you're looking for a free MMO the only real suggestion I can give you with a straight face is Anarchy Online. An older game but you can get it and its expansion pack and play for free. I played it for probably 5 months or so and enjoyed it (and I paid for it back then). Tough to get into but a good free game. Other than that I can't really recomend anything. Most free games suck. You can give shadowbane a shot if you can get over the controls.

I can see that the age-old TIF tradition of only replying to the first post without reading any of the others still stands. Which is extremly funny because he's the topic author. :lol:

Yeah my hunter is ez mode, especially with the mend pet change. I'm just trying to still gear up my rogue since I found out I'm going to kara this wensday. :)

Heh I might. I'm probably going to shelve the idea of playing an alt a bit more for now though, I just don't feel like leveling anything. :) Finnaly got my epic ring from the spirit shards I've been saving up (50). Now my only green left is some green throwing weapon >_<.

go fire for your mage. You can only get talents every time you level and yeah, each point helps. IDK about UIs, just look around. Anyways I'm thinking of an alt but IDK which guy to play. A few choices: 29 lock 21 hunter 20 druid 62 shaman (don't really wanna play him, but i'd spec resto :S) 43 mage not sure which one to play.

A PUG is a "pick up group" darkmage. Getting people you know isn't a pug. :) The stuff I avoid is getting into a group with a bunch of random people. Almost never works out well.
