You have to decide what do you want 1st, the xp or the money, for the xp you should considere using barbarian village, for the money, there are better ways to get them, fishing lobs in karamja and banking them will take you forever.

Personally i don't like pures, its not fun just to pvp, with your main you can do anything you like.

DEFINITELY no. Its simple math, coals are like 170, irons 80, you need 2 coals and 1 iron per bar, and 5 bars per plate, so: coals - 170 x 2 x 5 = 1700 (you are losing only with the coals) irons - 80 x 1 x 5 = 400 For a total of 2100 per plate, which it high alchs for 1,2k

mining 6coals per addy will take you forever.. I suggest you mine gold ore :S

You won't get to lvl 70 fast if you are non-member, if you have lots of money to spend buy iron bars and make iron plates, its better than steel, or you could try to buy iron and coal, make bars and sell them.

Hey warren, you know why F2P is there on the 1st place? to attract new players, it always has been. This days the vast mayority of players chooses graphics over gameplay (when i say "vast mayority of players" i mean ppl who haven't played runescape), ppl at jagex know that, thats how f2p keeps runescape alive, sure, p2p players PAY for a better game, one with tons of stuff to do, items, etc.. but lets face it, if theres was no f2p no new players would dare to pay a fee for a game such as runescape, having better choices (graphically speaking : ) but lets not forget, that runescape started as a f2p game :wink: plug :cry: what a mean thing to say :cry: PS: I LOVE RUNESCAPE :thumbsup: WOULDN'T CHANGE IT FOR OTHER GAME.. even though im f2p :thumbsup:

for melee, the flesh crawlers are the way to go, fish your food on barbarian village and use the everlasting fire to cook them (thanks NJE03 for his cool guide about this). For ranged, i have seen ppl training with flesh crawlers too, they use safe spots and don't get hit at all, only when they pick their arrows (those how choose to pick them again :P ). For magic theres a wide variaty of ways you can do it, as for myself i used superheat to gain my magic lvl :
