  1. If it is the big black spot in the wildy, it may take the troll Mt. quest to access it, or a hgh lv agility from the wildy side.
  2. That is, he was a dwarf and could not scale the cliffs. We are taller and more agile, and maybe a new shortcut could be unlocked.
  3. In the terms of how long it has been since the god wars, 400 years could be recent in this case. I mean, we are talking about relics from the god wars, and a battle from it. The book, btw, perfectly fits the description of what it would look like. It says in it that the dwarf found a whole in the ground, roped his way in, and saw a huge battle. Also, this could be a use for the "climb cliffs" option in the wildy along the western border (Remind me to get a screeny up), also alueded to in the dwarven book. :-k
  4. Cutting down a tree, and seeing it grow back within seconds. Eating an entire shark in one bite, but having to eat a pie in two. You die, but apear in a far away place with three, four, or one items. Some strange man popping up and giving you random items. Cooking anything in seconds. Adding someone to the ignore list, and you can no longer hear them (sorry mom, i cant hear you!). Great thread idea :D
  5. The only way I could see sumoning working was if there was a HP cost. It makes sense that the NPCs life force has to come from somewhere, so that would make it have a set limit, your HP. Also, they could have a requirement of the monster's 100% drop, such as big bones for giants, ashes for demons, and other bone or object requirements (even as random as Vials of water for water elimentals and a rock for earth elimentals  ).
  6. it does sound good, but a better idea would be to make it mine faster than a rune pick, but it gets slower as it degrades. And also, it needs to have an agility requirement to use.
  7. Thank you, hope it works out in the end
  8. I sertonly do not agree with the fact that all F2P are greedy, cheep, whining, beggers. Personaly, I have been P2P but am F2P at the moment. Also, you have to remember that ALL members started as a F2P player on their first acount. When I saw the update last night, I had a blast puting 50k and a rune full helm the chest. Did not get much back, but that is not the point. Some happy F2P player walked away with a rune full helm (or a P2P that took a peek at the update  ). If the point of this game is to have fun, weather you pay for it or not, its perpose is fufilled. :)
  9. It is a first for F2P since i started playing...2 updates one week apart from each other!!! I already went to the party room, and had fun putting in a rune full helm and 50k, seeing the ppl go insane! The other update was the new random. I guese F2P players are not totaly ignored!
  10. I am so happy I have 2 sets of full blk armor in my bank, i think i will sell them now! :D :D Clue scrolls FTW :!:
  11. No, you're not evil, I think everyone enjoys that. \ But most people who say the community is bad will try to help, most people on TIF do. There's not much we can do about it though, for every person we report, another 3 out there scam someone. One time, by reporting somebody, I actually made the situation worse. There were a group of scammers (I think they were a group because I was buying a rune scimmy, and all 5 or 6 of them switched it out for an iron), so I reported one, and said "reported". That made the rest very angry, so they all started cussing me out and saying he was innocent and telling everyone else I reported somebody for no reason. Everyone else believed them (no suprise there), so everybody started cussing at me and telling me I was the kind of person that ruined the game for everybody. I just teled to Lumbridge but 10 or 11 people pmed me just to cuss me out. I reported some, but then I just logged out. The next time I logged in, I got a message from Jagex telling me to "please not abuse the customer services"!!! I appealed and didn't get a black mark luckily. One thing I have noticed, saying you reported someone is NEVER a good idea. Saying it outloud is just inviting them to a flame war with you, whitch ends in them reporting YOU, after a slip of the lips on your part. Me, I just report silently, and then when they get the black mark or ban, they are like "WTF, who would dare do this to ME?", only to review the evidence and discover I reported them without a word, then added them to the ignore list. I have done this to countless people.
  12. I sure would. It would be even better if they offered a short time mems subscription with it, or even a discount. Then again, that would require a whole revamp, so I dont know. :-k Hard choice :-k
  13. Some people say that when crafting bloods or souls, it will take two pure ess just to make one rune, so that could be the slow down that they are looking (or have already planned) to use. It makes sense too, as more powerfull runes already needed more than just normal ess to make, so even more powerfull runes would take 2, or even 3 to make. Just a theory, so dont take it to heart. :D
  14. This is a sickness, called "I can't take the flipin blame for ruening my childs life" syndrom. It is something my former gardian is known for. I hate all parents that would rather play the blame game than look at themselves and ask "what could I have done better?". But nope, not for them. :notalk: My grandma, who I lived with, would rather say I was possesed by demons (thats what she thought made me move out of her house when i turned 18... ), than admit she was wrong in her ways. She did not realize that she beat my little brother up because of him trashing the house, was simply because she did not take the time to supervise him, and make sure he was not in trouble. And that is just one example. :x You all talk about the degrading of the general RS comunity, and may i tell you, its not just the comunity that is degrading. The vary act of parenthood is turning into a carnival of broken families, abandoned children, child abuse...the list goes on and on. Man, this world is so [bleep]ed up...
  15. Wait... So you're calling me and many other of my TIF friends who have pures ignorant? :-s Thanks a lot. -.- Actuly, i think he means more that the ignorant people make the pures, not that all pures are ignorant. lol, thought I would clear that up! :D
  16. I would have to agree. Of the names that made my ignore list, i would say a bit over 1/4 of them were pures that had a ignorant attitude, and thought they were better than everyone. I am not saying all pures are ignorint, but think if it this way. Maybe taking advantage of the combat system with a pure is like the real life problem of teasing (or bullying). The fact is, is they have something lacking, and need to make that up by killing others. That is just my opinion though, so dont take it to heart.
  17. There is a whole list of languages to choose from in the preferences page, even Elmar Fudd. Yow shud dry it, it wooks asum.
  18. Thank you all for suporting this. One thing though, I am going out of town for a coulple weeks, can you people keep this bumped? :-k
  19. Uhh...I dont think you read his post rite. He is talking about clan suport, for givning out orders. And thanks for the suport smither, marine, and Imcleith. :-k
  20. That might make sense, but this is something everyone can use, not just people that are in clans. I think that is why there are no clan updates, because not everyone belongs to a clan. :-k
  21. Not really, as it works with teletabs to, and they still only take up one space, what they are good for. It just makes it fast, as it does not matter what menu you got open when you press F7, as long as you have a teleport set. :)
  22. I support. Most websites DO have this when you regester, so why doesnt runescape? :-k
  23. Well, taking out the limit would maybe be better after all, but maybe just making it shorter would suffice? I did not know if I should put the time limit in there, but it needs some kind of drawback. Just like the home teleport. Hmmmm. :-k
  24. Remember when they updated the game so you could use the F1-F12 keys, and esc, and they linked to your option screens? The F7 key had no purpose, and when you pressed it, you got nothing but a buggy menu. And anouther thing. Have you ever died because you could not use a spell quickly befor you ran out of HP? That is what this is all about Many other games I have played, like UO and other online games, or even desktop games, have tons more shortcuts. Ctrl, alt, or comand key shortucts. My suggestion is to use F7 as a new feature. The way it would be used is as a spell shortcut, only for teleports. It would be for emergencies, where clicking the magic spell list just is not fast enough. With this shortcut, a new menu would be added, or a button would be added to the attack type screen (close to the auto spell buttons when useing staves) that lets you set one teleport spell that you have runes or other objects ready for it, and you are able to use. Then, if at any time you need to teliport, you would press F7, and be on your way. To make the feature unbroken, and to keep autoers at bay, a rule could be added that only lets you use this once every 10 minutes. That would keep those teleportation trainers (I know you have seen them, cammy and other spots) from just holding F7 down. The spell would also reset every time you use it, making you have to set it again That is my suggestion. I hope that someday they do something like this. :-k
  25. No; I use teleport jewlery quite extensivly (mostly ring of dueling, games necklace, and sometimes the digsite ammulet) to save on law runes when I can. I've never had to buy a gem once, I stocked up during my years of f2p :) When I see a gem, I jump on it liek a sqirrel would on the last penut on earth. I don't care if the market value for coal is higher than that of a gem, the value to me is far far superior and I would like to thank all you people who drop jems for saving me over 100k in teleport jewlery  I am in the same boat. Doing clues can take quite a stab at your laws, and all teleportation jewlery helps quite a bit. The best part of that is the glory I have in my house, and soon to be teleportation room!
