Litter bugs and fire danger.
The fine for normal litter is still the same, but the fine for cigarette litter is alot higher because of the dry conditions. We have had 2 fires in the past months because of how dry it is here, and I think that is why the law is in place. I looked it up, and not only are cigarettes banned, any burning outside of a fire pit is as well. :-k And thanks lennin, I am so bad at spelling its not funny...

Do we REALLY exist?
The question of existence is one that answers itself. We do exist, and all your personal reality is in your own mind. The reality you create can be haunting, or it can be lively, that is up to you. Perspective is what defines us all, shaping what we see, and making us beleive in what be think to be true. If you belive it is, then it is, and you can act upon it. :-k

Litter bugs and fire danger.
This is a question about your area's litter laws. Our area, Upper Mitchigan, has had a recent law put up that forbids lit cigarettes from being tossed out of car windows. With our local drought, a fire would be a huge problem. If there is any litter law that someone should follow, at least the one that protects their own home. But no. Sitting in my car, I see people all the time still tossing dead butts out the window. :uhh: My first question is, do you think they should have stricter enforcement with this law? For my second question, how is your area with following the litter laws. For my third and final question, have you ever thrown litter from your car on purpose, and why. I just want to know if littering is a big issue in every town, not just this place.

Is this proof or what?
You have a point there. But how often do planes crash into buildings and make perfect punches out of concrete buildings? That's the thing. No one can really predict what will happen to a building when a plane crashes into it. It's a very specific condition and the only way to test it is to actually crash a plane into a building to observe if the same thing happens. Since there are no such tests, people can't just say that the Pentagon couldn't have gotten destroyed in such a way. Here is a plane hitting a concrete wall at 500 MPH. It is not a boing 747, but none the less, it shows how week plane bodies are.

Your best Maze reward?
You know you could do some math with the percentage and get what the total reward would have been with 100%. Just do it like this- The original equation would be (Total reward)*(Percent left)=Your reward . All you have to do is take each item you got individualy, and divide them by the percent, and it would tell you what the total would have been. Try it sometime! :-k

GodSword vs. Abbysal Whip
I dont think it will be better than a whip, but what it may have is a huge prayer bonus, to go right up there with Prosolyte (sp?) armor, and untradable, of course. I also liked the god prayers mentioned earlyer, but can you imagine jagex coming out with anouther prayer update that fast? Going along with that prayer idea, you could posably have 2 diferent swords, one for each of the gods fighting in the dungeon (the bird one and the ogre one). That would be cool, as we need other god items, not just guthix, sara, and zammy stuff (I am not counting quest items). :-k

New Skill: Speculation?
One thing i could see from this is more "Brutal" weapons. Kind of how the granite maul needs str to use, brutal weapons would use brutal lvs. Say your brutality lv is 40. You could then use brutal rune weapons, like a brutal rune scimmy. At lv 60, you could use dragon brutal weapons. Brutal weapons could be a mix of adding gems to curent weapons in the form of a hilt, and enchanting them for set effects. That brings crafting in. The enchanted versions would be untradable, like the enchanged bolt tips were. Does that sound good to you guys? :-k

Another ridiculous child punishment
I was suspended in second grade for bringing my toy rifle to class. But a simple drawing? They should have seen the picture I made in art class, a magazine put together of a gun shooting prezident Bush! I got an A on that project too.

Your best Maze reward?
I somewhat think that percents dont matter. Me and my friend got the maze random around the same time, him getting 68% and me getting 61%. I got 1k irons, 900 steels, and 7k feathers. He got 500 irons, and 3k feathers. Now how does that work out? #-o

I gained over 40 ranks but I did not fire a shot.
Wow, just weeks ago I had to get my wc to 62 just to be ranked...thats alot of bots.

GodSword vs. Abbysal Whip
I think this weapon should be something that changes depending on what you are fighting. An example would be that its power changes with the level of the person/monster that you are fighting. Here is an example: You fight a lessor demon, level 82. The str bonus and attack bonuses change to that of the lessor. Now, you fight a ket. The str and attack bonuses change to that of a ket (way more powerfull, but so is the ket). Could that posably work? :-k

The Ethics of Advertising in Game?
+1 They would hide it well. Maybe something like after you use the gnome glider he says "Thanks for choosing Northwest Airlines" :P Wow...That would be great!!! Even better would be "Thanks for choosing Northwest Gnomelines!" :XD:

Have you accidently HACKED a file?
I once met a kid named darkpoet### (dont remember the numbers) when the players friend added me instead of him. It was quite a laugh, as he asked me a really strange question. #-o He asked me if i was still dating someone he knew. . It was kind of funny, but freaky at the same time.

The Human Body and its Responses
I think one amazing thing about the human body is the spirit. Science can explain why one thing happens, but what it can not explain is the picture as a whole. Try this for an example. Trapical explained that nerves comunicate by chemichle or electrical impulse, but my question is what nerve started the impulse. What is the scientific fact that explains the human concesniss (sorry for the spelling :wall: ). Try this. Think of something, and relate it to something else. Now, try to think of why you thought that. Now, what was your first thought. Tricky huh? :-k

Hidden Training: Melee/Range/Mage, AND Prayer! Jogres added!
You could also mention the High-Vary high training spot on karajma, lessors. Fish your own lobs (or swordies) and then enter the volcano. Take a right turn and go through the secret door from the d slayer quest, and fight the lessors and mossies on crandor isle.

Self-sufficiency
I am slightly self sufficiant, as a buy most of my runes from the shops, fish my own fish, and up till I did d slayer, only got my armor from general stores (I used mith for the longest time). But to have no trading? I would not have the monie to buy from the shops .

Tip.It Times Presents: Letters to the Editor #6
I think that the ratio of imature to mature players has always been the same, all miniclip did was bring more in, and now it seems like more imature players. But still, not every person that is 13 or less is imature. My cousin (8) most of the time acts more mature on runescape than most players. Overall, I thought these were a good read.

What Kind of a NOOB are you?

tinyslam's treasure trail goal. Now with Pics of clue(34/83)
you might want to try thieving the guards downstairs (if you have done the quest required, death to dorgashon). They not only give clues, but the other rewards are better. The keys open chest that give money, gems, and clues also. Good luck with your goal, if I was still a member, I would join you!

Tip.It Times Presents: Letters to the Editor #5
The first one was not to bad, and he is right about Jagex not being some giant entity that is in control of this game. One point that he may have missed, and would like to point out, is that people that blame the creaters of this game, miss the fact that they probably dont make every decission about what goes into or out of the game. Overall, this letter made me think :-k . I could not agree more with the second article. One thing about runescape that just bugs me is the fact that people act imature by complaining about imature people. Funny, that they dont call themselves out, only the other imature people. Good read =D> .

New Skill Menu
I think they all look nice, but agility looks like they got bored at work and said "I dont feel like doing this as a good one. I guise this will be this updates mistake!"

Your top 5 stats and why?
Lets see...my 5 highest stats are 76 str, 75 hp, attack, and defence, and 70 mage. Its kind of sad that all highest stats are combat related, but that is just me. My 5 highest noncombat skills are mining and woodcutting (both 62), fishing and cooking (both 59), and a three way tie between theiving, fletching, and firemaking (all 58). The reason for my woodcutting, firemaking, and mining being so high is my membership running out. If it had not run out, they would be vary low and thieving and fletching would be much higher. Those are my best stats. :D
