+ 17.7m Summoning XP = Fun times. :)

Gotta love PP90 with extended mags and kick. <3 Almost feels like 74u from Cod4. It's pretty much the only gun I use, although that will change once I unlock AK47. Been dominating the last 5-7 games or so with 55-65 kills against 3-7 deaths with: PP90 ext mags and kick .44 Ext con Assassin (Feels like tier 2 is useless, no good perks there really) Stalker (This is honestly the best perk in the history of Cod, makes using assault rifles so much better) UAV, Predator, Heli. That setup is so amazing, tbh. However, I'm slightly disappointed in several things. First, the music (a very minor issue, but still). It's not nearly as good as the soundtrack from MW2. Silly Hans Zimmer. :( 2nd, how IW/SH/Activision royally screwed over PC gamers yet again. They promised dedicated servers few months ago, but what they forgot to mention they'd be unranked up until about 3-4 weeks ago. 3rd, next to no config tweaks allowed. No maxfps, drawfps, fov, maxpackets etc. Being stuck at 90 fps is awful, but being stuck on 65 fov is much worse. It just looks wrong. They should at least have made it default 80 on PC. Black Ops may not have been the greatest game ever, but at least there us PC gamers got most of the basics needed for proper PC gaming. IW/SH/Activision really messed up here. I thought they had learnt from MW2. Needless to say, I'm quite disappointed with this. EDIT: Forgot to mention, also disappointed how they "removed" reload cancelling/double tapping 1/YY-ing or whatever it's called. I'm way too used to doing that and it has screwed me over several times when reloading and I meet an enemy. D:

You need to have 99 Summoning in order to receive them as drops.

Pretty much this, although I believe it's around 5.5k cannonballs or so per hour. I should know, since I killed around 55k of them, lol.

Didn't take them long to find a new alternative though. Apparently they're using Horse toys now, by betting on the first letters of the 3 sentences your character shouts when you play with it.

That highscore update is incredibly stupid. Seems rather low, even for Jagex. However, I hope they fix the highscores a bit and make them viewable in just 1 page like on their old site, rather than having to scroll down multiple times to be able to view all of it.

Funny, when I look at vanguard mask thing, the first thing that comes to my mind is Rudolf the Reindeer. :P

That is because you are adding unnecessary img tags at the front and end. Just copy the direct link from Imageshack and post it. That's the reason why it isn't working. Try editing your post and removing the front and end img tags. It should work afterwards.

Very happy with the success so far. Find it kind of depressing though when looking at the Players online count. Implies that about half of the player population were bots. :/ I knew that bots were a huge part of the population, but half? That's a lot. Lets just hope this sticks for a few weeks at least. Will be nice to be able to profit from slayer again. And speaking of which, Gained about 450-480k Slayer XP today. :mrgreen: I think Jagex were very smart with the increased spawn rates during the 3x XP. It really helped a lot. EDIT: Also gained anywhere from 10-150 ranks in various skills that I haven't trained in ages. Good to know they are banning/resetting bots as well (or any other rulebreakers).

I think I'm more excited for the triple slay XP rather than the Bot-Nuking. However, I do hope Jagex succeed with said nuking.

No school on Tuesday, brb (I wish :(). Should be fun though. And that bot-nuking sounds interesting. Will be fun to see how it works out.

Expected. Although a small part of me expected Jagex to somehow "steal" the first place as well. But overall, I don't really care whether they're first or last on that list. Wouldn't change anything for me.

Was getting rather impatient at the end of the task, as you might notice. :P Not that bad of a task though, ~2.2m or so thanks to the Battlestaffs. :mrgreen:

This years event was surprisingly boring, in my opinion. Perhaps it's because I don't like Clan Citadels. But the last few events have been much better than this one. Don't really care for the items either, just destroyed them right away. :P Emote is nice though, I'll give them that. But overall, pretty disappointing. The only good thing about this update (or what I thought would be a good thing) was the Frost dragon nerf. But it seems like Jagex has screwed us over with that.

Tears of Guthix resets one week after the last time you do it. So if you do it on Thursday 4pm, it resets again on Thursday 4pm next week. And also, to be able to do it again, you have to gain 100k exp in that week or 1 quest point.

Nice little surprise while I try to think of something to do now after maxing. Makes up for the effigy I missed at Hellhounds too, I guess. Sold for 5.7m.
