Even though it's kind of expensive, stringing jewelery is a really good way to train magic. It requires minimal effort and is pretty fast experience.

I think miasmic spells are the real reason magic destroys everything else. If the effect were changed so that it doesn't affect ranged weapons, it'd be a lot more balanced, IMO.

I never assume that player moderators got their job by sending in reports en masse. I also never assume that player moderators are obligated to give up their time to help me or anyone else with anything. One of my best friends in Runescape is a player mod, and I knew him long before he got the job. People simply have very wrong impressions of what player mods do and what powers they have. It's no longer possible to become a player mod by reporting everything that moves. In fact, it could lessen your chances of being selected.

It drains very, very slowly. I always use it (and I always use turmoil).

Thank you. :) I plan on runecrafting for 96 herblore. My next huge goal after maxing combat is 99 runecrafting. There's a few things I need to knock out before I get to that point, though, like full agile armor and 80+ dungeoneering.

Not a huge deal, but it feels nice to complete a good chunk of my goal (maxing combat). Thanks to Minergoo and Furah Mage for being there, and Serpent Eye for showing up momentarily. ;) Next 99 is Slayer.

If you're on a pro team, it shouldn't take you more than two hours to get a torso. I'll play BA with you when you're ready. :thumbup: :thumbup: :thumbup: EDIT: Oh, and there's really no reason to have tassets or a BSS if you're melee-slaying with piety/turmoil. You should just spend the DFS money on herblore or prayer levels, IMO. When you get a torso, use that + Verac's skirt and SW cape while pietying.

Yeah, just bad luck I think. I've gotten four effigies in about 300k slayer experience.

This. When you're 130+ combat and you see a spot with a level 90 and you want that spot, you will take it. Don't kid yourself. The benefit of being a high level player is that you can take most spots if you want to.

I invested the max amount of credits that I could for every single rank, 1-300, and I ended up with enough credits to imbue a diamond ring, dragonstone ring, all four frem rings, onyx ring, a full set of Lord Marshal, a quest kit, and the locator, plus I have credits left over.

How were you killing them? I find that with a cannon and turmoil, I can kill them faster than they spawn.

Now that you only have to have the chimes in your inventory, warped tortoises are one of the best tasks you can get. They suffer from Kaphite Syndrome; they have aggravatingly slow spawn times.
