I agree with every post in this thread. I AFK'd my 300 rank while I watched movies stuff. I basically did it when I didn't feel like playing Runescape. It is easily the worst update in the history of Runescape. People who complain about trade limits and PVP have never played MA.

What? Bloodvelds are easily some of the best slayer experience. Black Demons are pretty good, too. EDIT: Blue dragons, warped torts, wyverns, and living rock creatures are all good candidates for cancels. I'd also cancel hellhounds. Kalphites should be considered, too. EDIT: Jungle and desert wyrms are pretty slow in terms of exp, too.

I agree. The finales of the goblin and fairy quests could've been much more epic.

Decided to get this. I slayed my ass off today. less than 700k experience to 98 slayer. FSC regulars will agree with me when I say "lolwut."

Definitely. Like the poster above said, wolper scrolls are stackable. They're also a lot cheaper.

Played some BA today to finish off my second set of full penance and charge my BA horn a little. I forgot how fun it was. Strangely enough, I did better at defender than I did at healer or attacker, and defender has always been my worst role. Guess I remembered the tricks. ;) Dude standing next to me is just some random guy that stopped. I decided to take my picture next to him. Finished off my ranged level on a spectres task. Tried a yak and found that it's much less stressful to not have to bank. Dunno if I wanna use a macaw, iron titan, or yak on spectres tasks from now on. Got an agility level. I'm gonna try and get one every day. I hate agility more than any other skill, but I've gotten two levels in two days without killing myself, so that's cool. I can endure anything after 300 MA rank. B) Having a hard time convincing myself to buy supplies to do some serious farming. Currently I do a few runs of avantoe and marigolds a day, but the experience isn't great. I'm also trying to work my way through dungeoneering, but it's hard to motivate myself to start. I played with large teams for the first time last night. It's a lot more fun than doing it solo (this statement can be applied to many things).

As for setups, I like to use a SW or Ardougne cape for mage-slaying if I know I'm going to be using a lot of prayer. I actually never use my god cape. An EE is great for healing since you don't have 92 prayer. You should use broad bolts outside of Kuradal's dungeon and higher tier knives or darts inside of the dungeon. Don't be afraid to switch out your accumulator for a SW cape if you're to be using protection prayers. Broad bolts are very cheap. Mage-slaying is a LOT better with a wolpertinger and scrolls, so try to get 92 summoning as quickly as possible. I think I saw last night that you have a pretty high herblore level, so bring extreme magic pots to all of your tasks and use berserker prayer to make them last longer. Don't bother with magic accuracy boosting prayers. Magic is extremely accurate on nearly all slayer monsters and it'd be a waste of prayer potions. Dark beasts, waterfiends, and spirit mages cannot be maged effectively, so don't try it. Waterfiends can be safe-spotted in the ancient caverns using ranged, but it's really slow. I'll get you a picture of the safespots in a minute. I've never tried maging wyverns, but feel free to test it out and see what happens. Using a wolpertinger, SoL, and full slayer helm, I can hit above 500 on all tasks inside Kuradal's dungeon using fire surge, and almost 500 on all tasks outside of it. Other posters may disagree with this, but I recommend cancelling tasks in search of ice wyrms, which are epic magic experience. Sorry for my short post before. It was really late. :P

Onyx gems are very difficult to obtain now. Onyx gems and rings are impossible to buy on the GE, but there were enough furies before the TzHaar shop update to keep the fury market relatively stable, but they've been rising ever since.

Yup, I found out that SW cape + torso provides a larger prayer bonus and more defense than fire cape + proselyte top, so I made the switch. :thumbup: I also use turmoil, combat familiars, and a cannon on every task without exception. Thanks Turn and Wout. <3:
