Dungeonsweepers (DGS) - Huge changes; read first post.
I've never seen you in the clan chat. Some 3BO members are good (mostly only ranks), but you have to consider that our 80+ and 90+ dungeoneers get the same floor times as the average 3BO team (110+), and lower than the average 3BO team with a ranked keyer. Ultimately our goals are very different from 3BO. It's not about competition. Rather, we cater to a specific group of people, and we hold those people to higher standards than 3BO members are used to. I think you're confusing rage with informing him that his decision is a bad one.

China Using Prisoners To Farm MMOs
What sort of gold farming is it, though? I suppose if all you did was grind to 80 and raid it'd be a pretty nice life (or as nice as sitting in front of a computer for 12 hours a day allows, I guess), assuming the accounts are then sold for cash once they're fully geared. I'd imagine that it's something very tedious and repetitive.

We do floors 30+, so feel free to join the clan chat anytime. Primal gauntlets augment the DPS of a primal battle significantly. Furthermore, there's no territory struggle with gauntlets (ie, hexes competing with rapiers or CCS users competing with other CCS users for ess/fires).

Chaotic Rapier vs Dragon Dagger spec
Just a cursory explanation, but consider that the dragon dagger spec has a max hit that's only a little higher than the max of a rapier, but each individual hit of the spec has a very low average and far less accuracy, so there's a much higher chance of hitting higher with a rapier than with a dragon dagger spec.

Did you not watch the video? I still have my 2h. You're talking about people binding spears over a 2h, and I agree that's [developmentally delayed]ed. Spear is still a [developmentally delayed]ed bind to have in the first place. Get a rapier. What is the interest in posting on the dgs thread by the way? I just bound it the day I made the video, I didn't know how good or bad it was. I figured a primal spear would be better than a promithium rapier. I didn't see a reason to hunt for a primal rapier when I'm 25m xp from 200m dungeoneering. Also, I wouldn't bind prom/primal gauntlets because nobody that I dg with very often has a hex. I'm posting here to defend myself, of course. Prom rapier is only about 2% worse than a primal rapier. For some reason primal weapons are only slightly better than their prom counterparts. Anyway, you could've just asked us and we could've told you what to bind if you were looking into secondary weapons. ;) Gauntlets are fine. Stab weapons (rapiers, namely) are negatively affected by other teammates having hexes, not gauntlets.

I agree that binds aren't the end-all, be-all of dungeoneering. However, if I had to choose between two teammates, both of equal dungeoneering skill but one having a plate and one having an offensive third bind, I would choose the player with the offensive bind, because that player is far more likely to lower the floor time through faster GDs and bosses. It's the little things that make faster floors possible. Did you not watch the video? I still have my 2h. You're talking about people binding spears over a 2h, and I agree that's stupid. What you said was completely irrelevant. Nope, I didn't. I have no interest in it. Primal rapier is much better in the relevant categories than a primal spear, FYI. EDIT: ^ This is still completely relevant.

DGS doesn't advocate casual, "autopilot" dungeoneering.

Chinning and Where to Chin?
This guide will answer most of your questions: http://forum.tip.it/topic/222890-melee-ranging-and-two-slight-diversions/ There's also a guide to chinning nechs for slight profit + crimsons, but it's not on these forums, unfortunately. Gear should be: void ranger helm pernix top > arma top > black dhide top void prom dress void gloves void deflector soul wars cape amulet of ranged or amulet of fury archer ring (i) > archer ring ranger boots > snakeskin boots red hamsters Bring your best ranged-based combat familiar, or a magic-based familiar if you need magic exp. HAVE FUN.

Either zombie monkeys under the Ape Atoll temple, or use this guide: http://forum.tip.it/topic/222890-melee-ranging-and-two-slight-diversions/ I'm not sure how long 54-70 rc will take, but I believe crafting steam or mud runes is the fastest exp at your level. I'll let Enaid post about that; I'm not a skiller pr0d kid son.

Primal spear is incredibly useless, and the dude using it is just hurting his team. I remember when Grimy and Rocked bound them (both had hexhunters) because they were so bored of their prom 2hs, and they switched back real quick (this was before DGS). Two blood necks and a hex is good, though. I'm an advocate for binding armor at 120 (might be because I'm primarily a keyer, I dunno).

STORY TIME. Okay, now I feel like things are finally moving along and I can actually say STORY TIME. So Kelsey and I went and saw the midnight showing of Hangover 2 last night. We got to the theater about four hours early and went to the bookstore nearby and pretty much talked for like two hours (she's a huge reader, like me). As an aside, she needs to stop wearing gigantic heels; I'm a good hand taller than her without those things, but otherwise, no. So we went and sat in the theater for like two [bleep]ing hours and just talked and joked around, etc. The theater was packed with high school students being loud and obnoxious (go figure). So the movie finally starts, and ten minutes in . . . screen goes black . . . sound and lights turn off . . . everyone is upset. Someone actually lit up a joint near us (California, etc). Ten minutes later the movie comes back on, but at a part later than where it turned off . . . two minutes later screen goes black again . . . then the movie finally restarts. <_< It occurred to me while we sat there in the dark that I could've tried to make a move on her, but I get the feeling she's classier than that. When the movie ends, we're both extremely tired and it's like 3AM. We start walking to her car and she complains about the cold, so I wrap my arm around her. We get to the car, she gets real close to me, says she had a good night, and we kiss. Nothing fancy; just a kiss. As we parted she smiled and said "that's all you're getting for now." She gets into the car, and I walk away. Getting back into dating is weird, but it's fun starting from scratch with a girl. What may or may not be fun, though, is that this girl is actually interesting and can hold a conversation, so it's one of those times where I'm tempted to just focus on her. That's not fun because nine times out of ten, girls are only interesting on the surface (surface being her looks and the way she acts when we first meet). Focusing on her would be asking for trouble, so I won't do that quite yet.

DG Binds
Was gonna go to Armoured zombies. And, is the time it would take to get 70 RC really worth it? Armored zombies are outdated. I don't recommend it. Yes, CSBs are extremely useful in dungeoneering.

DG Binds
At 54 runecrafting, laws are your best ammo bind, but you should seriously consider getting 70. Get the last two attack levels. There's a bigger difference between gorg and prom than there is between prom and primal. Train attack at either zombie monkeys or black demons.

Zamorak Tanking: Rapier or CLS
K'ril is specifically weak to stab, so always always always use a rapier on him.

Piety worth it for slayer?
Im not a hardcore scaper, so 16k isnt worth losing out on the time doing other things. I know being an efficiency guru is the norm instead of the exception here at TIF, but I dont care much for efficiency if it takes away from the things im doing IRL It's less than 17k gp. And it's assuming that you are spending time doing things IRL. wat.

Piety worth it for slayer?
Assuming you waste about 500 prayer points per 100 Tzhaar by not being in combat 100% of the time, you'll have to spend about 16,583 more GP per task that you would've saved if you paid 100% attention to your slaying. I think it's worth it.

Piety worth it for slayer?
Kill every 133 and 149 you see, and start luring them towards your next targets when they're almost dead (doing this by running two tiles at a time, re-clicking quickly so you don't lose attack turns; this is also how you pick up drops without losing attack turns). 2-5 prayer points is very, very trivial. You're actually spending more money (in terms of opportunity cost) by not using piety on task, so I highly implore you to reconsider, for your sake.

Piety worth it for slayer?
You're using the wrong spot or you're only attacking certain Tzhaar, because even with maxed stats, extremes, and a steel titan, I only have to run a small distance from the spot I use before I'm in combat again, and I kill them extremely quickly, as you can imagine. Kill the 133s and the 148s(?), camp the spot near the entrance. What gear are you using, by the way? And if you use quickprayers, you can easily avoid wasting prayer just by flicking it off when you're not in combat (though again, it should be rare that you're not in combat).

We're seeing Hangover 2, by the way. If that's not a "[bleep] this let's just makeout" movie, I don't know what is.

Small STORY TIME update. The girl I went out with last night (we'll call her Kelsey) just texted me and suggested that we go see a movie tonight. This should be fun.

On tasks you can't complete with a bunyip + monks, use proselyte, protection prayers, and the best combat familiar available to you. Prayer potions are cheap enough that the cost of doing this will be negligible.
