Strykewyrms are pretty profitable (just very slow slayer exp and bad charms, so not worth doing) as far as slayer tasks go, and because they're so slow, a cannon is pretty much a necessity there unless you like spending two hours per task. My advice: cancel them.

For DPSing: learn to safestep better, learn to manage prayers more effectively, learn when to use the gatestone trick Surviving as DPS-er depends a lot on the team though. We expect a lot of no armor, so basically the speed at which you kill is probably the biggest deciding factor in food consumption. Turmoil flashing will down the monsters before you take too much damage. Of course the whole team has to contribute effectively to DPS. If you're a keyer, sometimes you're just expected to die. If there's a puzzle room with a [cabbage]ton of monsters, it's not really worth clearing them. Just suck up the death that it'll take to clear the puzzle. Also if you're on a long path, you probably won't have time to go grab more food from the team. In which case, the death is also inevitable. don't focus too much on deaths. You should avoid needless deaths. You should also know when deaths are better than taking time to get more food/prayer points though. For safespotting, what is the reason that sometimes blocking an NPC with another NPC works but sometimes it doesnt? For rape puzzles that take a while to complete (rc tiles, stats? and herb polt) is it worth to call in backup to clear room? If you login right now I can teach you trampling mechanics. The Ancient is working on a combat mechanics guide that will be linked to in the guidelines once it's complete, but until then it's better to just explain in-game by example.

There's research being done on this very subject. I'm not involved in it, but AFAIK it's not quite complete. Unfortunately I can't link you to it. Use magic logs. It's EXTREMELY cheap. I think it's gonna cost me something like ~15m for 99 from 86, and it's obviously very fast.

You could easily make 600-700k/h doing something as simple as collecting mort myre fungi. Making unfinished potions will net you around ~1m/h depending on the potion. Green dragons will get you a little more than that if done properly (unfortunately I can't link you to the best green dragon guide there is, sorry). Couple any of those things with consistent farm runs and you'll be making quite a bit, to say the least. So, no - I daresay that I am not tripping.

You make it seem like making 2m/hr is nothing hard to achieve. Green dragons + farming. Bam.

My magic logs l0loll0l. I cbf to play BA right now and I actually made a tiny profit on the logs when I sold them, so MEH. I was at clan wars most of today just [bleep]ing around and rushing people with claws->ks->maul. Killed a few dudes in nex gear with divines. For some reason they didn't bring weapon switches or maybe were just too lazy, 'cause they just stood there and took the abuse with auto-retaliate on, or so it seemed. Also, I was doing abnd 1 solo meds and getting 11-13 minutes on them. It was actually pretty fun and like ~21k exp a floor.

DO NOT PRAY MAGIC AGAINST WYVERNS. They do NOT have a magic attack, and magic does not affect their ice breath. Use standard melee gear with an EW shield or a DFS, pray ranged and piety, use a cannon, bring a tort of food and bank the bones. Wyverns are great crim charm droppers and it's worth doing the task for that reason alone.

Ok thank you. No, this is wrong. There are plenty of crush-weak monsters. You should see if you can find a database of dg monsters and their weaknesses. I would list them myself, but it'd be a loooooong list.

I think I might overuse my gatestone teleports a bit, 'cause I always try to have 80-100 laws/cosmics and by the end of the floor I'm usually left with 15-25 of each. :mellow:
