Fiary ring AIQ I believe is right outside the dungeon. Fill your inventory, use a home teletab, restore prayer/summ points, rub mounted glory to edgy and use the ring there to go back to the dungeon. That takes a long time, and there are faster banking methods than that. Depends on the OP's preferences, I guess. In terms of exp/h, though, banking wouldn't be good.

Eric's guide is really outdated nowadays, though. Use your standard slayer melee gear with a DFS or elemental workshop shield. Use turmoil, a cannon, and extremes. Flash soul split to heal. Without a DFS, you might find praying ranged to be useful when you're getting hit particularly often. You can either bring a unicorn or a tort and bank the bones. The bones are worth quite a bit, but banking takes awhile, so I don't really recommend banking them without a yak. Wyverns are some of the best crim charm droppers.

No, definitely leeches if you don't have rigour.

Rigour + chaotic crossbow is better. The deflection damage isn't very significant compared to the damage output of the crossbow with rigour. As far as I'm aware, a hand cannon is even better if you have pernix.

Just a note about dungeoneering: 94+ in all stats will allow you to pot to ANY possible door, and having a high total sets you up to be a more effective keyer.

Six t10 rings now. I'm gonna be testing keen eye on certain bosses to see if it can be used as a substitute for ragers. The expectation is that ~5 keen eye shots should equal about 1 accurate rager scroll. WE SHALL SEE!

Haven't gotten necro that often, plus i'm rarely the only hex on the team (did like 5m xp with Jdelacroix and there were almost always 3+ hexes on the team), and also we've often found boss as one of the very last doors. I used ggs tele since my gate was at an alt, and I probably would have run out of cosmics teleing to it and the the ggs each time,but yeah I know about the soaking thing, very useful for geomancer when you run out of food. Tanking the binds and curses wasn't really a problem since i had food, and you don't actually lose any attack turns if you just re-click on necro as he casts it. And yeah I should have had enouh arrows but that was only like my 5th floor after not dging for nearly a month so I wasn't used to conserving them. I usually do 45-47 4 times, or sometimes I do 42-44(flesh spoiler) as well. Why stand still and use food when you don't have to, especially when you weren't re-clicking fast enough to not lose attack turns. People should just take advice without trying to defend themselves.

No no no no, don't listen to that guy. Get the best 2h you can and upgrade your ring to t5 zerker immediately, and I strongly encourage that you get at least t7 zerker as soon as possible.

No, you need a high-accuracy slash weapon. Like I said, if he binds sub-par weapons knowing they're sub-par, he's just selfish. He's hurting the team. If he really wanted two weapons (which I don't advise for hoodless players), he could bind a prom 2h and primal rapier and just suicide to his heart's content.

Platebeard has two meanings: 1. Players who have plates as their third binds are Platebeards. 2. The man, the myth, the legend . . . Platebeard, terror of Daemonheim! Your friend has access to a primal rapier, dagger, maul, and warhammer. However, it's extremely selfish of your friend to purposely choose a bad weapon for aesthetic reasons, unless he solos. Of those options, his best bet is a maul, but a prom 2h far outstrips it. He'll be useless against most monsters and bosses.

But his goal is to collect effigies and charms. And cannoning blue dragons without a yak is decidedly bad money.

Black demons in Taverly dungeon are the most efficient monsters to use your cannon on for effigies and charms. It also profits if you have a yak. But you should probably try blue dragons, as they're very inefficient for effigies and charms. Don't want to be a clown or anything, right?

Overusing his hex or not picking up arrows? Hm. Also, he should be shooting arrows immediately upon entering the room. He took the time to run to his spot before he started firing, and the binds kept delaying his attack turns.
